Malcolm Burvill, Collier road, Perth, WA

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr Burvill did both my eyes for a lens replacement as well as remove cataracts. Can’t speak highly enough about this clever man. My vision is exceptional and I thank this wonderful man for his professional work Rob Abbott

Sandra Ssentamu, North Canberra Hospital

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I was seen by Dr Ssentamu at North Canberra Hospital. My GP referred me to hospital because she wanted me to be seen urgently by an ophthalmologist; but even through I had a written referral, Dr Ssentamu told me I should only visit hospital for an eye issue if I had a sudden loss of vision, and that the clinic was operating with a skeleton staff on the weekend and had lots of other patients. Dr Ssentamu was extremely clumsy when attempting to gauge the pressure in my eyes, repeatedly poking me in the eye, and eventually had to ask another doctor to administer the test. She also made a remark about my height, which was neither helpful nor relevant. As though all this wasn't bad enough, she kept insisting that I was suffering from heart failure. (I'm not.)

Kirilly Keats

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr Keats has been out of medical school for eleven years and she still cannot cannulate, she has no ability to interpret basic laboratory results and if ever asked to perform invasive techniques such as intubation , ICC insertion, ECG interpretation and resuscitation- makes herself scarce and hides out in the cafe seating nook in Byron Bay. Avoid this individual - she works for ASIS analysts: Ajith Navaratne and Nicholas Botha for $10 000 per week - your taxis, hard at work.

alla waldman, bankstown, nsw

Rating: 5 out of 5.

I was first treated by Doctor Waldman in the ED of Bankstown Hospital. That was May of 2017 following my first heart attack. 2 years later, I am still Dr Waldman's patient through a second heart attack and complications. I am lucky to have Alla as my cardiologist. She monitors my medications and worked hard to get me on to Repatha (a cholesterol lowering medication) that is working very well. She is accessible if I need her, supportive, and always goes the extra mile for me. Thank you.
