Salem alewan, 41 Ramsey lake road, Sudbury, Ontario
My wife rented her home to Dr. Salem Alewan for several years. This review isn’t about his medical care—but integrity matters beyond the clinic. He pressured her into applying the damage deposit to unpaid rent without agreement, leaving no funds to repair damages he left behind. He made unauthorized repairs, then charged her $400 for an oven knob and $500 for a pantry door, deducting $100/month from rent on his own. Despite an agreement allowing him to use our furniture for reduced rent, he later tried to charge extra for the space it occupied. He also offered to remove trash as a favor, then tried to withhold our BBQ unless paid. He left the home damaged and ignored all attempts to resolve the matter, despite full documentation. This pattern of exploitative behavior—especially toward a single mother—was deeply disappointing. A formal complaint has been filed with the College of Physicians of Alberta. Future landlords and patients should be aware.

Nelini Reddy, #102,320 West Creek Drive, Chestermere, Alberta, T1X0B4
Dr. Reddy rushes through appointments too quickly. She does not listen to the residents and their families. She shouldn't be practicing geriatric medicine at Covenant Care - St. Teresa Place.
