Mr. Lawrence, Windermere Secondary, Vancouver, BC

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Bad breath, very openly gay during the late 80s / early 90s when that community was not understood. Taught 3 classes per year at that high school. Was bare present at each class, but had high demands for high school artwork not yet assigned even at a College / University level. Students were left to simply use class time to work on their project. Mr. Lawrence retained most of the high achieving students' output. Terrible teacher that pushed hard every 3 months from students and never gave back the students' work. He may be retired now, but he was an awful teacher. Instead, he created pressure to produce University-level artwork at a high school level without instruction / support / guidance. He has become a nightmare to me since, even after 25 years.

Mr Robertson, Meadows West, Winnipeg

Rating: 1 out of 5.

He taught in the early 90s. Very abusive teacher. Flipped kids desks over. He could not handle children. These were grade 1 students. If I knew now what I knew then, this man would never been allowed to teach. The kids were terrified of him.

Were strangely rude to the kids that were in her class. Gave lots of work and over covid-quarantine she used it as an excuse to give us EXTRA homework. Does not have a good teaching style everyone in my class nearly failed and all hated her. Over covid-quarantine she expected us to GO OVER to each others houses for projects.

Threw a chair at a kid while I went there. Had favourites and mocked kids that didn't reach her expectations because they're slower learner. Overall horrible teaching style 1/10 wouldn't recommend.
