Dr. march, Sarnia, Ontario

Rating: 5 out of 5.

My husband recently had knee surgey in Sarnia at the Bluewater Health Hospial. His surgeon was Dr. March and we can't say enough about him and his professionalism. It started with the day we went to his office and met him and his receptionist Carol. Everything couldn't of been more organized and informative. My husband and I both thank him for a job well done. Dan A Buie, uptown, Victoria, BC

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Dr. Dan Buie's age has made him a risk. He cannot see and he missed my vagina twice when he was trying to insert the speculum and touched my clitoris on his first two attempts. He had the light so close that I was afraid to move in case it would burn me. It melted the *** that came off the speculum when he placed it on my clitoris. He asked me to move down on the table so I took my feet out of the stirrups and he grabbed my ankles and pulled me down towards the end of the table. He prescribed iron intramuscular injections which BC Heath does not recommend due to risk of anaphylactic shock. His notes are a mess and he counts on his MOA to keep him on track. He cannot remember answers to questions he asks 5-10 minutes later. His notes didn't match what he had told me was the problem and what he told me was wrong. His MOA makes clinical note entries but she is not governed by Health Professions Act, she is an administration staff and should not be making clinical notes in patients' files.

This Doctor is simply amazing. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr Rubabaza is pleasant, empathetic and cares a lot about his patients health and well being. I've being suffering for years with pelvic pain and going to several doctors that did not find the issue. Dr Rubabaza found my issue in my first visit, I was extremely happy and thankful. I am doing great and recovering very well..Thank you!!!

A Parrent, London, ON

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr Parrent is a top neurosurgeon at London health and gave me my life back after doing an MVD surgery. He is not only a skilled surgeon, but most and very importantly, his bedside manner is wonderful. He listens to you and your concerns, and explains the procedure so that you are comfortable, as well as just being a nice guy. If you have tp have someone in playing in your head with a surgery, I recommend him highly!

dr. alicia mattia, niagara falls, ontario

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Had a seizure June 20/21. Phone appointment with Dr. Mattia on July 6/21. She upped my seizure meds. 250 milligrams twice a day then said my follow up was November 18/21. She overdosed me then wouldn't return my call until 8 days later. Is this the best Niagara health care has? To late I called my nurse practitioner and he reduced the meds back to 500 mg. Health care is getting worse!!! Cancelled the follow up. Staying away from her.

Dr. Stefan de LaPlante, Montfort Family Health team

Rating: 1 out of 5.

So very Rude, did not discuss my medical question after a medication was given and I had a very bad physical Reaction. I asked him what the protocol was for Medications that caused frightening reactions. He immediately defended his office and 3x told me that if I didn’t like it, I was free to find another Doctor. We had to end the appointment because all he did was talk and when I wanted to explain my intent , he talked over me. I asked for one last comment for myself. I asked if the next time, I could be treated with respect and to develop a little more kinder approach with me. He responded , No! I treat everyone like this and again , if I didn’t like it , I could change doctors and Clinic’s I do have a lot of anxieties and this week because he took this approach with me, my anxiety is very high and I will be finding a new Doctor. No accountability what’s so ever.

My mother was told by this doctor her blood work was normal but when she checked her health nb app it was terrible! She has now been diagnosed with cancer in several parts of her body. Same thing happened to my aunt - he told her blood work was normal and it wasn’t- again had cancer! Anyone that has had this doctor should be retested immediately!!

Lotar Oswald Nunez Sotelo, Queens Quay Medical Toronto ON

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Absolutely terrible human being. Rude, disrespectful, aggressive and belittling to a patient going through a mental health crisis whom he was the registered family doctor for. This is not from the viewpoint of someone who was "sensitive" or "delicate" at the time. It was objectively shocking: snapping "This is going to take forever if you don't hurry" 30 seconds into patient giving *first* medical history was the start and it got worse from there. Non responsive to both the patient and his office - the clinic (Queen's Quay Medical) openly admitted he will never, under any circumstances, respond or be contactable between clinic days regardless of emergencies etc. Created huge delays on documentation necessary for patient to receive care. I am extremely concerned that this person is allowed to practice. For a patient in a more volatile or precarious position, this could have had disastrous effects. As it stood, I definitely experienced the detrimental effect of delay of care. Avoid him at all costs. If going to Queens's Quay Medical, enquire as to whether Lotar Oswald Nunez Sotelo is still practicing there. If he is, do not go and tell them why.
