Conor Kiely, Health action, Liverpool

Rating: 1 out of 5.

My mums surgery Poulton has closed and there awaiting a letter to let patients know who there merging with. Then my mum & dad will sign to register with grey road surgery. Until that time both my mum & dad should be kept on the medications there on. And any emergencies should be taken to A&are. In this ambiguity in between Health Action who my parents are not with they ordered my mum to undertake a series of data collective tests which included cat scans and in her seventies internals diabetes check and discovered small cyst left side nothing life threatening and no professional ethic to the ambiguity as these were ordered by health action who as I have suggested my mum IS NOT REGISTERED WITH. By a Dr Conor Kiely at Aintree hospitals bio chemistry unit stating MANDATORY. No signature with no date or time recorded. The specimens my mum is asked for have to barcodes with her full name on obviously and another 2 barcodes for just Spearritt which is medically dubious. My mum suffers from anxiety and really didn’t need the intrusive testing from bogus doctors or the upset pre a funeral in the family and as hernia op is fine. See know reason not registered with them to have any of this done at all and will be looking into this further. Specimen sample page nearly printed off from the HTTP address at the bottom. Not the recognised medical date government website that doctors hold.

Deerness park medical group, Bunny hill, Sunderland, North East (England)

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I have been with this practice for over 30 years, and I have seen it going into rapid decline, new GP come and go like a revolving door, some of the receptionist are quite condescending and I'm convinced that they have an allergic reaction to answering the phone! Complained about shortness of breath and was actually asked by a GP if I thought I had heart desease! Looking for a different practice.

DR Sajid Suleman, Ladywell Unit, Lewisham, London, Se13

Rating: 1 out of 5.

He turned up nearly half hour late for our appointment, fiddled with his phone through my assessment and took TWO CALLS - including one cold call prospecting call !!! He didn’t listen at all, messed my friend around too who was giving his view on my issues - then missed deadline and produced the most malicious report full of lies, inaccuracies and untruths. Will be taking legal action - this guy should not be dealing with patients
