I received my consultation report from Dr McNamara. She made a wrong diagnosis, stating I had a ulcer.....wrong. Never mentioned an ulcer. Poor personality, judgemental, shows no empathy. Quick to make wrong diagnosis. To many wrong comments in the report. Made emotive comments when she did not question me around why I stopped taken medication due to severe head aches caused by the medication.
