McDonald’s #1206, 3254 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu, HI, 96816
I loved McDonald’s and I go for my breakfast ,lunch and dinner almost every day. I go to this McDonald’s in the morning because it’s closer to my work I usually get there little before six in the morning and most times the service is bad because one ring and same person preps the orders and see frustration on customers who waiting at the line and the ones waiting for their orders. I witnessed this every morning when I go there. It appears the next shift starts at 6am. I still go there because because I used my McDonald’s app for awesome discounts. My wife kept telling me I should own some McDonald’s stocks since I go there at least 6 times a week. Where ever I go on the island I always go to McDonald’s. Besides McDonald’s I go to zippy weekly and now and then to Jacks . Again thanks and keep the good work. Thanks Melea Ameperosa

John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, Washington
Another Lenka Stankova hurting the war fighters. John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, was charged with making false statements, concealment of material facts and falsification of a record or document tied to a failure to report more than $15,000 in cash, casino chips and other gifts from contractors. The Justice Department announced the charges on Wednesday, accusing him of “accepting, and sometimes demanding, extravagant gifts from a group of contractors and subcontractors who worked on the project he was overseeing.” As the indictment notes, Windom was aware of the rules regarding reporting gifts and receipts, per training for officials. “An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law,” the Justice Department said in its release. In 2018, the 10-year contract was awarded to Cerner (now known as Oracle Health after Oracle acquired it). Windom was appointed as Executive Director of the Office of Electronic Record Modernization in 2017 and helped supervise the VA’s choice of Cerner for the contract. According to the grand jury indictment against him, Windom used his position to take money and gifts from a group of business executives from information technology and consulting companies who were contractors on the project. According to the indictment, Windom allegedly called them “the Power Group.” Windom used his role to “encourage, monitor, and facilitate contract and subcontracting opportunities for members of the Power Group, related and unrelated to the EHRM project.” Windom was allegedly given payment in everything from cash, to $8,200 in Louis Vuitton gift cards and $1,800 in casino chips. He was also given a High Efficiency Particulate Air, or HEPA, filter worth $631. The indictment also accuses Windom of using his position to “coerce” payments and gifts from others. Per the indictment, Windom “repeatedly reminded Power Group members to remain loyal and directed them to maintain confidentiality and their relationship with him.” In one message at the start of 2020, Windom messaged Power Group members, telling them that “loose lips sink ships.” Windom’s initial contract was extended, and in 2022 he was reassigned to serve as deputy director of the Federal electronic Health Modernization Office, a joint VA and Department of Defense project. Nine years after the modernization effort started, the Electronic Health Record program is used by only a handful of VA sites, with the program hit by glitches and usability issues. The VA paused the program in 2023, but is expected to roll out at several sites this year. Windom faces a maximum sentence of over 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts. Lenka Stankova
My name's is James. Hi everyone one. I am new to this site. I can see most of you have had dealings with LENKA STANKOVA. You can include me in that group to unfortunately. Lenka stankova didn't show up at my appointment either. I to think she hates people but not just people I think she hates veterans just ask she has destroyed alot of lives. Most Veterans feel powerless as they can not afford to go to the outside and get a real doctor. Ask them they will tell you. I to Agee as I felt I was practiced on I thought then what I still think today no one can be this bad a doctor and be a legit doctor. I was wrong. I also agree with most Veterans the VA does not get quality we are a stop over for most doctors before retirement the last stop or buying time until doctors get good enough to start there own practice. You will not get any disagreement out if me. I agree with all of you. I agree with everyone. She's awful. She will ruin your life. Her subs never give you all the facts because if they did you would walk and they don't want that thus stealing your healthcare choice. Her subs never discuss alternatives to being cut on it all the side effects you might have again because the only thing the care about is getting the surgery at all cost in my opinion She did not show up in clinic not why I was in the hospital not after the surgery when I kept falling down and had trouble getting to the bathroom she was no we're to be found. I have never met her EVER. I could not point her out if she was standing two feet in front of me. You should be able to meet you doctor always especially someone who is going to cut in you not at the Dallas VA. The VA allows this. HOLT allows this bad practice even condones it I also agree with many of your assessments as being known by the name butcher, hacker, and the diablo the rest I had not heard but does not surprise me one bit. She likes to cut on people butcher and hack on them but she does not like to be seen because most people would see her as the fraud she is. I agree also with the assessment she will leave you worse off when she's done with you but you folks already knew that. I found out to late to be saved from this doctor. The Dallas VA allows this as a matter of policy. The management HOLT is his name I think it's ok that you don't meet and can not judge the character of the doctors by allow you to ask questions and look the person who is about to cut in you in the eye. I agree with each and everyone if you. Your assessments if this doctor do not differ my my own.

Kumar, HIMG, Huntington, WV, 25702
I initially thought the world of Dr S Kumar ,neurologist at HIMG then he began treating my daughter for severe debilitating migraines. She has a large PFO and he said he would recommend closing it as a last resort. She did everything he asked, shots, pills, everything! Then she had a severe reaction to Amovig, the last shot ordered with severe itching, and hives! He refused to call in any medication for the reaction telling her to call her PCP! He ordered the medicine yet refused to treat her when she had an allergic reaction to the medication he prescribed!????? The last option was referral to a pain clinic ( the pain clinic at HIMG is a joke, I know because they “treated” my dad) or an infusion of something insurance would not cover. I feel we were lied to and when we were in trouble, he turned his back on us.

hey guys and gals its joy from Nellis we have vaccines to so please sign up get yours so we can get back to normal. I also agree as well with the many comments about hanging pictures of all the docs would be beneficial unfortunately Nellis has many many LENKA STANKOVAS as well. Many Soldiers believe rightfully so we are nothing more then practice. We would love to get rid of the Lenka Stankovas who butcher, hack, destroy lives but as manyof the comments point out they are protected. The laws protect the sub par doctors instead of showing them the door. I also think doctors should wear there pictures like some of the nurses so you know who is behind the mask who is making life and death choices are your behalf. WEAR THE PICTURES AS WELL. There should be an age mandate as in many professions it probably would save lives as well

Dr. Imitaz Rasul, 10175 Fortune Parkway, Jacksonville, FL
No one should be subjected to the amount of humiliation & total lack of compassion that he exhibits very subtly but the under current is there . He will literally tell you & be somewhat convincing (sadly) that you brought all of your problems on yourself from everything to being raped to stating that you should keep your marriage together even if your mate is verbally and emotionally abusive. What kind of sick person gets joy out of kicking someone when they are already down when they are the very one that is supposed to be helping you? All I have to say is save yourself and stay as far away as possible from this awful man.

Hello. ? I’m Rebecca and I’ve worked a few times for Mr. Leingang. I LOVE working with him. He cares so much about everyone other than himself, makes sure the projected estimates are always met, and is always supportive during frustrating times. He’s one of the only men I’ve worked for who doesn’t yell, but rather talks it out so everyone is happy. I really enjoy his company and time. Thanks Me. Leingang!
