He says one thing, does another, and at the end demand inflated amounts at the threat of a lien. He does not treat his subs properly. If he cannot threaten and force his customers to pay, then he does not pay his subs. He pays a hefty membership fee to the Better Business Bureau to try to keep his record clean, but you can still contact the directly for copies of complaints you cannot find on their web site. Milton cleverly files everything through mediation so that there are minimal court records, but he cannot hide his fraudulent liens. You can find those online at each County's website. They are filed under Whitmoore Custom Homes. He has done this many times before to customers.

This builder missed the original closing date, which he established with the mortgage company. Then he missed the next closing date, and the next, and the next, and so on. These are all dates he established. Moreover, he would attempt to discredit me with the mortgage company until he was caught doing so. In all, he missed over 6 deadlines and caused multiple extensions and cost increases. His poor planning and broken promises ruined our vacation plans and then our holiday plans. He is inconsiderate and a habitual fibber. Worst of all, his work is terrible. We and the bank's inspector now realize he has no idea what he is doing. He thinks building a home is spending a few minutes each week calling and texting contractors while he sits at Denny's. He never touched a tool or got his hands dirty building our home. The inspector kept flagging and flagging problems. We, the inspector and contractors complained repeatedly about his miscommunications, lack of home building knowledge and total absence on site. 214-837-7721

These types of platforms are designed for cowards and back stabbers like me. This platform is also suited for people like me and others, we can put down, back stab a person while calling them friend. I know this builder he is not the person I said he was. He has never told me he has made millions in any business. Yes, he drives a small car, but he also has a truck. I am a little jealous because this guy can wear spandex he is in great shape. I am in bad shape because I drink all the time. I am also chronic ADHD, he is not chronic ADHD, that was wrong for me to say that about him I am not a doctor. Yes, he was a public-school teacher, some of us wouldn't last one day as a teacher in our public schools. Please remember when you read about people or businesses on this type of platform take it with a grain of salt.
