Hello, I am looking for Paula Polma and Lan Buttery. Today's date is August 11, 2025. I have tried reaching them at their property, which is a gated community called THE PENINSULA, located in Rowlett, Texas. Due to the gate, I was unable to gain entry. Paula and Lan refused to grant me access when I contacted them. I have left 2 written notes at the gate for them to contact me, and I have sent letters to their Rowlett address. Neither has responded. I am trying to resolve this without filing a lawsuit, but I am prepared to take this to court if need be. These 2 ladies owe me over $100,000. I am a small business owner, and they owe me for unpaid commercial lease payments, unpaid utilities, and property damage (they purposely flooded my building and tore up the interior walls). Both are involved in running illicit massage parlors and *** services in the greater DFW area, which I did not initially know. Both have an extensive history of liens, bad debt, and lawsuits. The address they provided me is 150 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089. But, I have confirmed that they also use the following addresses: 175 Peninsula Drive and 200 Peninsula Drive both of Rowlett, TX 75089. The past employment information we found for them is Citadel Broadcasting and Tax Seasons. Mr. Pruitt is well rounded respectable responsible individual. He makes sure his students are always taking care of and learning the proper knowledge to better further their education. Mr. Pruitt has special handshakes with each student as they are greeting him every morning for school. Furthermore he lets no student go without in any aspect of the day. Will even feed the students with a special pizza party for good behavior through out the months. I really think Mr. Pruitt deserves this award to just show him appreciation for being a 8 year teacher at one school. He's on his way to having a great future.

Average pizza but crap customer service. Overcharged me. And they forgot my sauce. Then pestered me about a tip. A tip for pizza and for screwing up my order??? Asked me 3 or 4 times for a tip after I said no. Then they called me asking if I was sure I didn't want to tip. Screw you guys.

I called Marco’s Pizza the Thursday before my daughter’s wedding to order 20 pizzas for the reception! The restaurant manager..Chris—I think...was so nice and helpful and said they could do make and deliver all the pizzas! This was the added bonus for my daughter’s wedding day! Thanks!! ?

We won a free lunch / dinner certificate at while at the Michigan Club in Alabama and Cici’s made a donation so we just ate there. Great establishment, great hot food and good service and good friendly hard working employees. We will definitely eat there again.
