I am the person who wrote about this builder it was the wrong thing to do, I am a miserable person and I do apologize. So I will try to correct the wrongs I have caused. These types of platforms are designed for cowards and back stabbers like me. This platform is also suited for people like me and others, we can put down, back stab a person while calling them friend. I know this builder he is not the person I said he was. He has never told me he has made millions in any business. Yes, he drives a small car, but he also has a truck. I am a little jealous because this guy can wear spandex he is in great shape. I am in bad shape because I drink all the time. I am also chronic ADHD, he is not chronic ADHD, that was wrong for me to say that about him I am not a doctor. Yes, he was a public-school teacher, some of us wouldn't last one day as a teacher in our public schools. Please remember when you read about people or businesses on this type of platform take it with a grain of salt.

Be prepared to lose your money. Wayne Hast peddles high risk 506(b) alternative investments. Look up Realta wealth and Titan securities. Wayne was with Titan securities and they had so many complaints they are no longer in business. After Titan went out of business he went with Realta. Realta has had numerous complaints about inappropriate investments. Beware! I filed a complaint with FINRA against Realta with detailed discussion of Wayne’s part in my losses. His brother, Jim hast, sent me the following email: “Martha I continue to hear that you are slandering my name in word and print. I have done nothing but been helpful to you and your family. If this continues, I will take legal action. I do know that you already have multiple suits against you that are in preparation to be filed for libel and slander. I may join in those initiatives if you do not retract your slanderous statements. I need a sincere apology from you! You need to apologize to Wayne also who only tried to help you.” The dispute with Jim involves a car he sold me that Wayne claimed had been impeccably maintained. When my daughter took it to a mechanic, the mechanic said it looked like the oil had rarely been changed and the brake fluid was dirty. But that isn’t the issue I have with this email. This appears to be a poorly veiled threat against me for filing a FINRA complaint that Wayne must now disclose on brokercheck. I’ll let you be the judge of that. It is interesting that Jim has retracted the email. Fortunately I had sent it to my attorney and have screen shots of it. It is a sad statement of what kind of business I am dealing with if Realta and Wayne feel it is necessary to threaten me with libel and slander for filing a FINRA complaint. This would make a good plot for a soap opera. Wayne is the godfather of my 2 daughters I adopted from China as a single parent!

Dr. Toledo is a wonderful surgeon who cares deeply about his patients. Sounds like something you would look for right? Well I thought so too, but after losing Everything because of an upset and obsessed doctor I’ll think again. Where should I begin? Well he operated on me and I became very close to him and his staff. I even referred him business. I felt apart of his family. Well until a member of it lied and betrayed me because they were ashamed of something that’s not my fault. This was so long ago and you would think they would be over it. No ! Anytime they get a chance to mess with me they will. They are so concerned about everyone’s crimes and wrong doing ( Eryn the former office manager) isn’t it a crime to stalk and harass a dying person? Well typically I would feel intimidated to share my truth but Santa ? Gave me the gift of gab. He gave me a birdie that gave me strength and lots of information that validates everything I knew. So here’s my gift to you . ‘‘Twas the night before Christmas ? and all through the house. Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse. There were no stockings hung on the chimney, no one who cared because the Toledo family wasn’t together finally someone who dared to share. Is this builder for real? His stories are like a fantasy. He thinks he is God's gift to building. The guy kept interrupting me so that he could finish his life story of how he saved the construction industry, made a fortune selling pies and made more millions in the fair or the circus (sorry, i couldn't keep up). I don't know if he has chronic ADHD or just likes to hear himself ramble on at the expense of others. But then you come back to reality when you notice he drives a cheap, discontinued 4 cyclinder toyota microcompact. Yeah buddy, that's what all the builders drive to the job site. No room for tools, floorplans, or anything. I enjoyed how he mispronounced basic building terms while claiming to be an expert that he has taught other builders. And by the way, stop dressing like you work at the Best Buy help desk. The skinny spandex khakis, white sole shoes, and shiny blue polos are a dead giveway that you don't know what you are doing and are going to hurt yourself. I had a hunch you didn't know squat about home building, and with my trusty google search engine, I found out I was right. You are a total BS artist. And in that car wearing those clothes claiming those accolades, you look and sound like the village idiot. Based on your reviews and profile, you are a high school teacher (God help our children) that apparently had a failed, corrupt run for political office. Your youtube videos are entertaining as you effectively let every watcher know you are a hack and a clown. Prance back to your safe quiet place and leave the construction to guys that don't wear spandex in public.

The staff were super friendly and nice! They usually always are here. I usually never have a problem at this location but my food really sucked today. My sandwich was okay but kinda stale. My hash brown was hard and cold and I didn’t let it sit or anything after I got it. I also got a cappuccino and it was a little more than halfway full. I paid for a medium. This has happened often, not the food sucking, but my drink being way less than almost full. Anyways, I appreciate the kind smiles and fast service! I may not try again with the coffee though sadly but I’ll likely coming back.
