I am the person who wrote about this builder it was the wrong thing to do, I am a miserable person and I do apologize. So I will try to correct the wrongs I have caused. These types of platforms are designed for cowards and back stabbers like me. This platform is also suited for people like me and others, we can put down, back stab a person while calling them friend. I know this builder he is not the person I said he was. He has never told me he has made millions in any business. Yes, he drives a small car, but he also has a truck. I am a little jealous because this guy can wear spandex he is in great shape. I am in bad shape because I drink all the time. I am also chronic ADHD, he is not chronic ADHD, that was wrong for me to say that about him I am not a doctor. Yes, he was a public-school teacher, some of us wouldn't last one day as a teacher in our public schools. Please remember when you read about people or businesses on this type of platform take it with a grain of salt.

Hello, I am looking for Paula Polma and Lan Buttery. Today's date is August 11, 2025. I have tried reaching them at their property, which is a gated community called THE PENINSULA, located in Rowlett, Texas. Due to the gate, I was unable to gain entry. Paula and Lan refused to grant me access when I contacted them. I have left 2 written notes at the gate for them to contact me, and I have sent letters to their Rowlett address. Neither has responded. I am trying to resolve this without filing a lawsuit, but I am prepared to take this to court if need be. These 2 ladies owe me over $100,000. I am a small business owner, and they owe me for unpaid commercial lease payments, unpaid utilities, and property damage (they purposely flooded my building and tore up the interior walls). Both are involved in running illicit massage parlors and *** services in the greater DFW area, which I did not initially know. Both have an extensive history of liens, bad debt, and lawsuits. The address they provided me is 150 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089. But, I have confirmed that they also use the following addresses: 175 Peninsula Drive and 200 Peninsula Drive both of Rowlett, TX 75089. The past employment information we found for them is Citadel Broadcasting and Tax Seasons. Lol. Funny but true. If you want hire your lazy kid, that is your right given your position in the company. BUT, don't make the rest of suffer by having to work with them like they are somehow a valuable member of the team or have anything substantial to contribute. Frankly, I don't care what you pay them or what BS title you give them. Make them the Super Duper Vice President of something. Just keep them away from me. Whatever happened to the days when nepotism meant you got your kid an internship or a job in the warehouse or as a janitor? I guess parents today want their kids to start off making a ton of money while doing nothing with a title that sounds impressive to the uninformed. I am sure that will teach them the right values and work ethic. Just kidding. You are preparing them for a fantasy life that involves them living off of you, or worse yet, being a parasite on society. But what do I know, my kids never worked for or with me. They went to competitive universities and got their on their own. They also got their own jobs, their own houses, and their own meaningful careers. Oh yeah, and they know how to dress themselves professionally as opposed to dressing like a 40 year old virgin with bed hair and that blank yet scary look.
