Mini of San Diego, 5202 Kearny Mesa Rd, San Diego, CA

Rating: 1 out of 5.

This review is solely based on this dealership sales practices of extended warranty. Please don't make the same mistake I made in purchasing an extended warranty from Mini. After buying my 2011 Mini Cooper S on September of 2014 with around 20,000 my car has been taken in for service around 11 times. Some issues were : Thermostat, Fuel Pump, Oil Leaks, Fuel Pump, Multiple Coils, Gasket Ring, Clutch and the list goes on... I was approached and offered to buy a " Preferred Extended" for around $ 2300. I thought with the high probability of my car breaking down I thought it would be a good idea. My Oil Pan Gasket is leaking and they say its not covered. The financial advisor doesn't even reply to my request anymore or returns my phone calls. I don't even care if they cover it anymore I just want my warranty money back since it doesn't cover anything. And it the language of the contract can be used for their benefit however they see fit. This is the estimate they sent to me below. Be cautious of used car salesmen. When I deal is too good to be true it usually is... FYI the car only has 60,000... Inspection Recommendations Status Cost Deferred Approved Change engine oil and filter (Found engine oil level excessively low) Fail $79.95 See AI-3 Replace front brake pads (3 mm or less) Fail $250.00 See AI-12 Replace clutch assembly and flywheel (Found clutch worn/slipping) Fail $3,922.55 See AI-33 Subtotal $4,252.50 Replace oil pan gasket (Found engine oil seep) Caution $548.52 See AI-9 Replace rear brake pads (4 mm) Caution $250.00 See AI-12 Subtotal $798.52 Totals, Taxes and Fees Cost Deferred Approved Estimate Subtotal $5,051.02 $0.00 $0.00 Tax $168.52 Estimate Total $5,219.54

Food was okay. Service is great. I was there 7pm had $1menu. I visited men’s room & there was no soap. I told the cashier & was told they will take care of if. I went back brought my mom for dinner at 930pm. I went used the men’s bathroom & I was not happy that soap was not refilled. I didn’t bother telling the cashier.

Kimberling car city, Davenport, IL

I bought a brand new mini van from this place and they were so worried about making the sale and my money that no one showed me features of the car. I had to figure out the bluetooth, special features of the van and no one talked about the warranty. I expressed my concerns to the manager in a email and never got a response a MONTH after I signed purchase agreements and having the van they called and said I owed them $600 on taxes they miscalculated. THEN they laughed and said it was my fault they don't know how to do their job cause I was in a hurry.

Prime Toyota, 783 Portland Rd, Saco, ME

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Just bought a Toyota Highlander from Prime Toyota in Saco Maine and they were the best! Berto who sold me the car was very knowledgable, answer all my questions, took his time with my purchase and guided me every step of the way. Berto even delivered my car to my front steps and took the time while at my driveway to explain how the cars technology functions and went over all the components of the car! Great experience purchasing a car from Prime Saco Maine and especially the best salesman I ever experience Berto! Thank you Prime and Berto, definitely will be back for my next purchase! Angel

This is the worst teacher i've ever had. probably 2 out of the 33 people in my class MAYBE could've enjoyed that class. She acted like a crackhead and we didnt even start learning until a month and a half into the school year. She lost my first assignment of the second semester, and when asked if there was a way to make it up, because I WAS WILLING to redo the project after SHE LOST IT, and she said she WILL HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT. The following 2 weeks I was sick and could barely get out of bed. The week i came back she said I was no longer able to make it up. And i thought "ok this is BS" so i told my counseler. Two days later she told me what this teacher had told her, and it was full of lies and bs. Then Quarentine started because of Covid-19. The first zoom meeting we were supposed to have she told us about at 7:30 (when no one would be awake) that the meeting would be at 8:30, one hour after when she told us. The next meeting she had told us about ahead of time, so thought i would actually be able to go to this one. 1 MINUTE AFTER THE MEETING WAS SUPPOSED TO START (AT 8:30) she posts that the meeting is actually going to be at 9:40. So that was annoying, but i could work with that. THEN AT 9:42 SHE POSTS THAT SHE IS CHANGING IT AGAIN AND ITS GOIN TO BE THE NEXT DAY AT 8:30.
