I work at this company for 3 years never missed A-day as a part time employee even rearranged my schedule with my full time job so I can help them out more during events when the virus hit I was let go so they said laid off now they have hired to other part time people and have an opening for a 3rd yet they won't tell me why I can't come back

I wouldn't recommend this Doctor to any one in any circumstances. Very bad interpersonal skills doesn't remember things after surgery was completed and lacking follow through. Quit without a care of the patient health or aftercare.

I gave the receptionist all of the insurance information which was related to my motor vehicle accident. The receptionist and another staff member kept pressuring me to give them my personal health insurance information. I did not give them my health insurance card and contacted my health insurance provider when I arrived home. The representative said I did the right thing by not submitting it. They would have only rejected the payment because it was a motor vehicle claim. The only valid reason for requesting my card would have been to update my information if I was already a current patient if that practice. I was not. My concern is that the intent was to attempt to double bill the motor insurance company and my health insurance company. I will report this incident to NYS Health Dept and the NYS Better Business Bureau. I was very uncomfortable be pressured by the staff to surrender my health insurance card. I wish I had walked out of the office and not have been seen there.
