Located in Texas and Oklahoma, this is a shell of a company that takes your money and doesn't provide anything in return. Excuses don't count. They have a really bad rep in Oklahoma (their corporate office). Lots of people left high and dry.

Get ready to be screwed. This is some kind of franchise but based on what Ive read online, all of their locations across the US *** and are tied up in a lot of lawsuits. This location in Wichita is in a strip mall and everyone that works there is nice but doesn't know a single thing about construction or building a home. The designs are something my kid could do on his ipad. My consultant appeared to be on drugs most times we met. It took 6 months to get the first contractor to even look at my property and plans. I don't recommend Ubuildit to anyone, not even my ex-wife's motherinlaw.

This is the worst company in America. Law suits for fraud, breach of contract and shoddy work. I was in a 4 party lawsuit against ubuildit. We won.

I'm not sure where to start. How about this. I was totally ripped off by Justin and his wife. They were months late and what they tried to give me was nothing like what was promised. After they missed the first couple deadlines, I did more research on them. You should too. I found negative customer reviews everywhere. They are smart and keep changing the names of their companies, but you can follow the trail. Yada Designs, Adonai, Ubuildit, Timber Ridge Custom Homes. All have terrible customer reviews. The theme is consistent. Over commit, under deliver, overcharge, and screw.

I had to beg them to do anything at all. The laziest people on earth. And when they did finally do something, it was wrong. Their estimates are a dream. The results are a nightmare. I ended up firing them and their whole stupid team of contractors during framing. I finished the job with contractors I found on my own. I wouldn't trust UbuildIt or anyone associated with them to build a dog house. Total morons.

Is this builder for real? His stories are like a fantasy. He thinks he is God's gift to building. The guy kept interrupting me so that he could finish his life story of how he saved the construction industry, made a fortune selling pies and made more millions in the fair or the circus (sorry, i couldn't keep up). I don't know if he has chronic ADHD or just likes to hear himself ramble on at the expense of others. But then you come back to reality when you notice he drives a cheap, discontinued 4 cyclinder toyota microcompact. Yeah buddy, that's what all the builders drive to the job site. No room for tools, floorplans, or anything. I enjoyed how he mispronounced basic building terms while claiming to be an expert that he has taught other builders. And by the way, stop dressing like you work at the Best Buy help desk. The skinny spandex khakis, white sole shoes, and shiny blue polos are a dead giveway that you don't know what you are doing and are going to hurt yourself. I had a hunch you didn't know squat about home building, and with my trusty google search engine, I found out I was right. You are a total BS artist. And in that car wearing those clothes claiming those accolades, you look and sound like the village idiot. Based on your reviews and profile, you are a high school teacher (God help our children) that apparently had a failed, corrupt run for political office. Your youtube videos are entertaining as you effectively let every watcher know you are a hack and a clown. Prance back to your safe quiet place and leave the construction to guys that don't wear spandex in public.
