This woman is a liar. I sued her for back rent. She tried so many stupid tactics like saying her name was Lorena Olvera or Monzerrat Puga (her daughter). This fat POS was dumped by her attorney for not paying, and drug out the case for months. During the case, it was put into evidence that she, her husband Juan Carlos Olvera, and entire family to include Julian Puga son-in-law are crooks that don't pay rent, get evicted every other year, credit card scammers, identity crooks, insurance scammers, and squatters. Google them.

I retained Joyce in 2019. First retainer was $2,500. Joyce gave me a rough estimate of $4-$5,000 and 6 months to resolve my legal matter. 3 years and $12,000 later, this idiot lawyer is still working on my case. I don't hear from her for months at a time. When I call, it takes 30 minutes to get her to remember who I am. Its like deja vu. I agree with the other reviewers. Joyce is not aging well and her mind is slipping. She is very good at remembering when you owe her money. That's about it. My friends have told me that she is ripping me off and probably charging me for the 30 minutes everything I have to re-explain who I am. Its 2023 and I will be looking for a new attorney. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of real lawyers in Dallas that work at big law firms. Joyce works with a part-time assistant and some young lawyer in training. Not much of a law office or firm, which is why I thought I was getting a cheap deal. Boy was I wrong.

Joyce W Lindauer. I do not recommend her. You would think that since she is a lawyer, she would actually know the law or how to complete basic paperwork. You would be wrong. She totally screwed up my paperwork. After multiple attempts and thousands of dollars, we have to start everything over again because she got the entire process and paperwork wrong. Ughhhh. I am tired of dealing with these dumb, crooked attorneys.

She took my money and wasted 2 months doing nothing but asking me the same questions over and over. I think she has dementia. She is so old and forgetful. I don't think she knows what she is doing. So I met this asian lady Lan Buttery today claiming to be a CPA and President of Tax Seasons Accounting Firm in Garland, Texas. At first I thought she was joking with a name like Buttery and being the President of a company because she comes off as a sort of the silent, uneducated type with really bad communication skills and awkward body language. Not good traits for a President or leader. But it gets better. I met her at a political event where she is claiming to be the campaign manager and treasurer for Candidate Mike Gould. Seriously? For real, a silent lady (probably best because no one can understand her when she speaks) that is in charge of a political campaign. Doesn't add up since you kind of need speaking and personal skills for that job. Oh wait. It gets better. Neither she or the candidate reside in the county where the election is held. That's kind of like a requirement. I gogle search for her awesome name and I find this site. So now it all makes sense. Of course she is in the happy ending asian massage business with a name like Lan Buttery. God I love Plano events. You meet all kinds of trash parading to be something else!
