Dr Lopera is one of the most comprehensive, educated, hardest working doctors I have ever had. Dr Lopera works hard to maintain my health, to secure my body's highest quality, and to encourage me to do all I can to achieve my aim which is to have a long lasting, healthy life. Dr Lopera oversees a very professional office staff. They are each high quality and highly competant. Dr Lopera povides transportation to his office for patients who do not drive. I am one of them. I will be relocating in Spring 2019 and I wish I could take this practice with me.

Blatant Disregard Nov 6, 2018 I have never in all my 37 1/2 years of constant pain have I ever been treated so poorly with such cold blatant disregard. He said he would help he had no intention of helping. Far more interested in getting me there for 3 appointments and collect his fees he prescribed the incorrect amount of medication that I have been taking this is a reduced dose that is matter of record and can be verified. Dr Tapia is self center I think the term is self verified. He was far more interested in implanting a pain device, at a high fee I would guess. Upon learning that I have hypersensitive nerve endings I could not use his device he did not prescribe the remaining amount in a partial script as promised. He made me wait 5 days dodging my calls leaving me on hold for 39 minutes disconnected the call, I called back a 15 minute return call was I promised they would return my call after talking to the doctor they never returned the call. I asked if he was not going to prescribe as promised please tell me now, 2 calls later the office finally admitted he was not going to prescribe as promised on Oct 24, now on Nov 6th after 5 days of calling and waiting they could have told me sooner I could have seen another doctor in that time and not run out of medication. I did get appointment in 3 days with a new doctor but I'm out of medication upset in more pain from this experience. 9 back surgeries both hips replaced, my knee was damaged with hip replacement, shoulder pain and more. This man could care less how much pain I am in, He never examined me didn't even look. The office twisted my words as if this was my fault that I didn't understand I'm not foolish. Honestly if you like cheap bosses who love to screw over you and customers, this is the job! The manager at 1620 south congress ave in boynton beach knows nothing about cars but got his manager title by selling people on stuff his boss told him to sell such as air filters and other stuff. I was there for four years and didnt get once raise but they dont have an issue hiring some kid off the street who knows nothing about cars and pay him more then the person actually doing the work all because he can sell overpriced services to little old ladies!

I'm not sure how Jessie represented my situation to you Dr Bruno, only you & Jessie are privy to that information. I called Dr Urbanski first, but because I hadn't had my 1st appointment with her & she didn't have my medical history to review, she not only couldn't prescribe pain meds, she couldn't even prescribe Tylenol for me. She urged me to call you & assured me you would prescribe something for my pain. NOT. As Jessie informed me, she has & I quote "BEEN" with you for 8 years & she has never known you to prescribe a pain med for any patient under your care. I only reqested 2 pain meds to get me thru the night until I had my appointment with Dr Urbanski the next morning. She rearranged her whole schedule the next day so she could treat me medically. I didn't need a lecture from Jessie about the opiate crises in this country. All she had to tell me was that Dr Bruno doesn't prescribe pain meds. I had another option, the ER. Skip the lecture from Jessie. Within an hour I would have been administered a pain med & had a script called into my pharmacy. Dr Bruno, you never call your own office as a patient, perhaps you should have your Mother, your Wife's Mother or an Aunt call & ask to talk to Jessie. I could write down pretty much my everything I said to Jessie. You could find out what their response to the way they were treated. Ultimately, you are responsible for the care & comfort of your patients.
