If you trust these health care sites with your health care decisions I got swamps in Arizona to sell you. I agree no one in any profession lawyer, doctors, dentist, school teacher aka me who does 20 years has a clean record. Everyone has issues yet these sites show them to be perfect little angels then slap a label on there sites to make you feel good to make you feel comfortable saying NO DOCTOR can pay to have things removed. COMMON SENSE SAYS THAT IS NOT TRUE. My own doctor who I chose from Heath Grades years ago had 4 negatives but at least it was true reflection of peoples encounters. WebMd said he was clean as a whistle and rate md also said he was clean as a whistle. Using these disingenuous sites for your most important health care decisions puts your life as well as your families in danger. Trust your Gut its usually right!!

“Follow-up After Talking With A Former Worker “ Dear Dr. Chasolen. As you know with all the discussions that we had, hopefully you can understand of my long and odious dental journey that you help put me on , and surly you knew that I had the expense of a total cost to me- starting from the university's cost for $14,000.00 plus Dr. Mish's cost of $11,800.00 and the $37,595.00 to your office ,and to date I have not a single red cent of receiving anything in workmanship nor any money back from you. plus the new cost of $27,000.00 for me to completely start all over again with another dentist, and yet another dentist to correct all of the mistakes at a cost of $29,000.00 so now with a grand total cost of $119,395.00 In all to me. I can not conceive how you must feel, of you departing an 81 year old veteran of $37,595.00 and stalling this case of my going back and forth to your office for two years, and aprox.30 visits at 80 miles per. visit -totaling over 2,500 miles and in very early morning travel (6:00 Am and on several return trips in heavy 5:00 Pm traffic as well) I think in all fairness, I was concerned of you having to pay a fee to the lab in California that you used. -and I offered to sign an affidavit to them in stating that the ten times that they could not get their work right, and that we were not going to accept the unit- as I didn't want them to charge you for the shoddy work that they were doing-time after time, and you said not to worry- as it's being sent back to them, and that they would then realize that you would not be charged at all for it, so instead you were able to keep all the money that I paid to you. I recently met a former worker of yours at the mall and I was told that all your office workers really felt bad for what you were putting me through- and how awful for what you did. I am asking at this time- in all fairness- again- if you would honor a financial adjustment for me ,as if I received a total completion of the work that you started- and if you didn't receive any money – I am sure it would not be fair to you- if you successfully completed my case, and not being paid, you would not like it. You did offer me any models , molds or anything that I may have needed for a new dentist, but I was told that dentist don't really want to use other dentist plans and case items. Please give me a call, an email- or perhaps to meet, and as I mentioned before "that I don't have sour grapes with you" and would be pleased to meet with you if you prefer. I would like to make mention of the $7,000.00 implant cost of Dr. Scott's implant crown- plus the initial cost for you to remove the crown ,as the lab could not line up their work with it, and in all fairness it was damaged at your office by your assistant that chipped it while trying to remove the temp. “Surprising for the two years of my treatments at your office ( you probably worked on my case for about 3 solid hours if any” And that is why it was a total failure, as you did not show any interest for the very complicated case that you stated -when you made me make payment of the $37,595.00 in full long before any work was ever done. You stated to me that it would be better if we removed that $7,000.00 crown to make the lab do their work with less effort, But you charged me $3,000.00 to remove the crown that was chipped at your neglect to removing the temp. unit correctly in the first place. and in closing I did spend an awful lot of unnecessary money- "and I thank God" for not having that additional cost when you sent me to your friend Dr. Ferris- who wanted a ridiculous amount of money for an unnecessary gum graft- and for the sum of $20,900.00- and Dr. Mish laughed and said that I did not need any such gum graft, and the cost to me from your friend Dr. Ferris to tell me of that,- was an additional charge to me for $200.00 Respectfully . I would like to do another review for Dr. Howard Chasolen: Especially Of my serious mistake of going to Dr. Howard Chasolen in the first place,as I was given a referral to have the extensive ,serious and precision work that I needed, "BUT the referral was given to me as to see Dr. Chasolen" -and when I googled to find the address- I confusingly went to Dr. Howard Chasolen,not realizing that there was in fact a Dr.Ginger R Chasolen unbeknown to me as the google search just showed Dr.Howard Chasolen's address. However- When I did see Dr.Chasolen- I Questioned him as to the two names being the same -and if they are working together? He responded by saying they were married at one time -and that she should not be using his name in a profession manner- as was supposed to be from the final decree, so I assumed I was at the right address and with the right Dr. I still- "to date after making several requests and attempts to have him return the dental model,molds, and most importantly the failed screw-in inferior 12 unit bridge that he still has -But earlier in the game of the misleading events he stated not to worry that he was sending it back to the (Discounted ) lab located in California for a full refund- as they failed on the 10 attempts to make the unit -even though they kept on making the ten same mistakes over and over. Truth of The Matter is -that he no longer has it (but he told me on one occasion that he did not send it back and that he still has it trying to make me believe that the Lab kept all the money in which was part of the $38,190.00 that I paid to him long before the lab work was ever started. So in reality -the Lab got the shoddy work back and minus any of my money "as should be for their mistakes" So again learn from my epic mistake, that I unfortunately made and do not ever give 100% of the dental bill before the work is ever started ,and do diligence including where the lab is located, and please do not let 95% of the work ever be performed by an assistant "and to go on for 2 yrs." the assistant did do nice work -but my work needed full time by Dr.Chasolen -And shame on me for not doing as -the 5 dentist that I paid for on 5 different consultations- and that they could not do the work that I so desperately needed but said most importantly" in telling me to seek only a Prosthodontist to attempt the work that I needed" Dr. Misch that did all my extensive front bone graft and implants- stated to me that his wife is a Prosthodontist and that she could not take on such a endeavor, let alone a assistant do the 95% of my case that took 2 years and turned out to be a disaster and never any attempts to correct my issues, even them chipping a 1 yr. old molar crown,while being treated at Dr. Chasolen's office -and Dr. Chasolen having the gumption to charge me $3,000.00 to remove the chipped crown as he stated would make the lab wk.easier.I also paid $550.00 twice for a guide that was lost in Dr. Chasolen's possession. In short really I received "Sub-Treatment From My 2 yr.old nightmare"

I'm not sure how Jessie represented my situation to you Dr Bruno, only you & Jessie are privy to that information. I called Dr Urbanski first, but because I hadn't had my 1st appointment with her & she didn't have my medical history to review, she not only couldn't prescribe pain meds, she couldn't even prescribe Tylenol for me. She urged me to call you & assured me you would prescribe something for my pain. NOT. As Jessie informed me, she has & I quote "BEEN" with you for 8 years & she has never known you to prescribe a pain med for any patient under your care. I only reqested 2 pain meds to get me thru the night until I had my appointment with Dr Urbanski the next morning. She rearranged her whole schedule the next day so she could treat me medically. I didn't need a lecture from Jessie about the opiate crises in this country. All she had to tell me was that Dr Bruno doesn't prescribe pain meds. I had another option, the ER. Skip the lecture from Jessie. Within an hour I would have been administered a pain med & had a script called into my pharmacy. Dr Bruno, you never call your own office as a patient, perhaps you should have your Mother, your Wife's Mother or an Aunt call & ask to talk to Jessie. I could write down pretty much my everything I said to Jessie. You could find out what their response to the way they were treated. Ultimately, you are responsible for the care & comfort of your patients.

When this dental practice discharges you fro a missed appointment, they don't call you. If this practice thinks this is a sound business principle why don't they call the patient ? Instead, the patient receives a cowardly discharge letter in the mail. I wonder what this practice does if you miss your appointment because you have an emergency health situation and are in ER in intensive care. How about if you die ? They don't do any followup call. I wonder what this practice would do if a relative of the dead patient showed up at the door of this practice ?

:To Whom It May Concern: I was told by the advice from the VA- because of my substandard care that I received from Dr. Chasolen for the two years of a total nightmare, and being totally departed of my hard working sum of $38,000.00- and not having any of the work sent back to me- as I requested on several occasions- just to prove that it was in fact sent back to his discount dental lab in California for the total credit of any money that he paid to them- as he told me when he was sending it back - and telling the lab that it was a totally failing bridge unit- as he explained to me stating that we would receive any and all of the money that was paid to them. Dr. Chasolen then changed his story when he abandoned my treatment plan- that he again failed and could not put together the so called new plan with a new local lab to redo my work, he instead stated to me that the work was not sent back to the California lab- and as a result he was charged for the lab work of the failed unit, I then asked that he please send me all of the so called work that never was not sent back to the lab- and to please send it to me "to prove to myself that it was sent back to the lab and that he in fact did receive all of the money back" The dentist that finished my work even asked Dr. Chasolen for very important information pertaining to critical info. that was needed to complete my work with the new dentist but Dr. Chasolen never answered the request as it was obvious that a lot was being hidden from my substandard care that was provided with the treatment plan that I had for two years with Dr. Chasolen- and so very little was ever provided from Dr. Chasolen himself- other than the time and failed attempt that he made -trying to fix a chip that was done by his work on a $7,000.00 implant crown- even though i agreed to remove the chipped crown and let the lab have an easier time for the unit they were making, "low and behold Dr. Chasolen presented me with a $3500.00 bill to remove the crown that he had to remove because of the negligence in chipping it in the first place. To date my option that I am contemplating is to take out a reverse mortgage on my home to pursue a civil case- and try to get my $38,000.00 back and whatever merit of loss that a 80 year senior veteran would be entitled to for the two year night mare that I received while in treatment with Dr Chasolen. " Again- In Life We Learn From Mistakes, So Please Learn From Mine And Beware"

"FOLLOW UP" "BEWARE FOR DR. GAUKHMAN & VANESSA'S WORK:" I filed a complaint against Dr. Gaukhman and his assistant with the B.B.B.and his response to the B.B.B. was that I was happy with the shoddy work that his assistant Vanessa performed- and he told the B.B.B. that I was still wearing it for the 11 months of treatment that was a total failure for the two attempts with two different labs that Vanessa used, however in his response to the B.B.B. he stated In the ("copy That I am sending to you as letter #1") that I was happy with their work and that I was still wearing the prosthesis- which is a TOTAL LIE, and letter #2 that I am also sending to you -is a letter from Dr. Larry Dunford stating that the prosthesis is in fact- in Dr. Dunford's possession, and has been since it was removed as not being fit to be used -as also was in the letter from Dr. Dunford that was also sent to you and along with the photos showing exactly what was wrong with the work that was performed by the assistant from Dr. Gakuhman's office. Dr. Dunford was totally amazed to the fact , even though I emphasized to Dr. Gaukhman that the 6 dentist that I got opinions from, all stated that I needed to have only a prosthodontist dentist do the work on me, and certainly not an assistant as Dr. Gaukhman allowed- and not one single time did Dr. Gaukhman ever assist Vanessa's work other than stating that he watches her on a security cameras located in all of the exam rooms. Dr. Misch stated that his wife being a prosthodontist could not do my case as it being too complicated, and needed a prosthodontist and not a non-professional un-trained person without any experience- nor any help did she ever get from Dr. Gaukhman to do the work that I desperately needed. Dr. Dunford did 95% of my work on me and in 10 visits that was performed before ever sending it off to the lab, and when the unit came back as a one piece Ziconia unit from the lab it was 100% perfect , not like the inferior and nonfunctional 4 separate piece units that Vanessa did- and that her work was in such an unprofessional manner and result, BUT instead I received a perfect functional one piece unit -and aesthetically perfect from Dr. Dunford's work,We Sometimes Learn From Other Peoples mistakes, "So Please Learn From My Mistake When I Didn't See Not The So Many Red Flags- And Got Taken For $27,000.00 From Dr. Gaukhman"

"UPDATE FOR DR. GAUKHMAN'S FAKE RESPONSE TO THE B.B.B." As Telling them that I am happy with the failed shoddy work that his assistant Vanessa did. Stating to the BBB that I am using the failed $27,000.00 rip off that they gave me, I gave a stated letter from the dentist that completed my work ,stating that the grossly failed work is in his safe keeping, at the new dentist office, but Dr. Gaukhman refused to accept it back and-to give me any of the money back, and knows it is in the possession of my new dentist,his assistant Vanessa planned the whole two failed units from 2 different labs, and did my 11 treatments totally by herself, as a unlicensed, untrained,unprofessional assistant hence the two failed attempts with 2 different labs and all planned so unprofessionally.

BEWARE OF VANESSA & DR. GAUKHMAN !!!!!!! I was told by eight dentist that I had a Complicated case for a 12 unit- upper bridge " And that it was extremely important -to see no one other than a Prosthodontic Dentist" - and that is why when I saw the web page for Dr.Gaukhman- it stated that there was in fact a Prosthodontic on staff as I was led to believe,as Dr. Gaukhman stated that he was not a Prosthodontics- but did have one on staff if needed. We seemed to be having quite a few problems but the so called Prosthodontic did not intervene -and as I found out later that they never did have one, even though the web site showed one -as I showed the web site to Vanessa and told her they should correct the site as it was very misleading. The lab company owner made 7 trips each and every time that I was in the dental chair and not one time was Dr. Gaukhman present, except one time when Vanessa had an augment with the lab guy as he got tired of having to make so many unnecessary trips to the office that the mistakes Vanessa seemed to keep making, and Dr. Gaukhman walked into the room turned around and walked right back out showing no concern whatsoever,in the 10 months of my treatments not one time did he ever do any any work on me- and when I asked him why he was not even assisting Vanessa he simply stated that he has a security camera in all treatment rooms and can supervise through the cameras. In short he had Vanessa decide how to plan the entire 4 unit metal bridge units consisting of 12 teeth -as she ran the whole show making all of the decisions, ''and obviously Dr. Gaukhman Delegated Professional Responsibilities to a Non-Qualified Non Training Non Experienced nor A licensed person (named Vanessa) that failed totally two times and with two plans and with two separate Dental labs, A new attempt was done in Ziconia- in a new plan for where the teeth would be placed but that was a pathetically failed result as well, being of Vanessa's inexperience.
