KINDLY DENTAL is the best! Excellent customer service. I wish I could rate them higher but 5 is the best according to this site. Dr. Dorgis Garcia Lopez and her staff are so kind and professional. I recommend you run not walk over there if you are looking for a dentist. You won't regret it.

I would like to do another review for Dr. Howard Chasolen: Especially Of my serious mistake of going to Dr. Howard Chasolen in the first place,as I was given a referral to have the extensive ,serious and precision work that I needed, "BUT the referral was given to me as to see Dr. Chasolen" -and when I googled to find the address- I confusingly went to Dr. Howard Chasolen,not realizing that there was in fact a Dr.Ginger R Chasolen unbeknown to me as the google search just showed Dr.Howard Chasolen's address. However- When I did see Dr.Chasolen- I Questioned him as to the two names being the same -and if they are working together? He responded by saying they were married at one time -and that she should not be using his name in a profession manner- as was supposed to be from the final decree, so I assumed I was at the right address and with the right Dr. I still- "to date after making several requests and attempts to have him return the dental model,molds, and most importantly the failed screw-in inferior 12 unit bridge that he still has -But earlier in the game of the misleading events he stated not to worry that he was sending it back to the (Discounted ) lab located in California for a full refund- as they failed on the 10 attempts to make the unit -even though they kept on making the ten same mistakes over and over. Truth of The Matter is -that he no longer has it (but he told me on one occasion that he did not send it back and that he still has it trying to make me believe that the Lab kept all the money in which was part of the $38,190.00 that I paid to him long before the lab work was ever started. So in reality -the Lab got the shoddy work back and minus any of my money "as should be for their mistakes" So again learn from my epic mistake, that I unfortunately made and do not ever give 100% of the dental bill before the work is ever started ,and do diligence including where the lab is located, and please do not let 95% of the work ever be performed by an assistant "and to go on for 2 yrs." the assistant did do nice work -but my work needed full time by Dr.Chasolen -And shame on me for not doing as -the 5 dentist that I paid for on 5 different consultations- and that they could not do the work that I so desperately needed but said most importantly" in telling me to seek only a Prosthodontist to attempt the work that I needed" Dr. Misch that did all my extensive front bone graft and implants- stated to me that his wife is a Prosthodontist and that she could not take on such a endeavor, let alone a assistant do the 95% of my case that took 2 years and turned out to be a disaster and never any attempts to correct my issues, even them chipping a 1 yr. old molar crown,while being treated at Dr. Chasolen's office -and Dr. Chasolen having the gumption to charge me $3,000.00 to remove the chipped crown as he stated would make the lab wk.easier.I also paid $550.00 twice for a guide that was lost in Dr. Chasolen's possession. In short really I received "Sub-Treatment From My 2 yr.old nightmare"

:To Whom It May Concern: I was told by the advice from the VA- because of my substandard care that I received from Dr. Chasolen for the two years of a total nightmare, and being totally departed of my hard working sum of $38,000.00- and not having any of the work sent back to me- as I requested on several occasions- just to prove that it was in fact sent back to his discount dental lab in California for the total credit of any money that he paid to them- as he told me when he was sending it back - and telling the lab that it was a totally failing bridge unit- as he explained to me stating that we would receive any and all of the money that was paid to them. Dr. Chasolen then changed his story when he abandoned my treatment plan- that he again failed and could not put together the so called new plan with a new local lab to redo my work, he instead stated to me that the work was not sent back to the California lab- and as a result he was charged for the lab work of the failed unit, I then asked that he please send me all of the so called work that never was not sent back to the lab- and to please send it to me "to prove to myself that it was sent back to the lab and that he in fact did receive all of the money back" The dentist that finished my work even asked Dr. Chasolen for very important information pertaining to critical info. that was needed to complete my work with the new dentist but Dr. Chasolen never answered the request as it was obvious that a lot was being hidden from my substandard care that was provided with the treatment plan that I had for two years with Dr. Chasolen- and so very little was ever provided from Dr. Chasolen himself- other than the time and failed attempt that he made -trying to fix a chip that was done by his work on a $7,000.00 implant crown- even though i agreed to remove the chipped crown and let the lab have an easier time for the unit they were making, "low and behold Dr. Chasolen presented me with a $3500.00 bill to remove the crown that he had to remove because of the negligence in chipping it in the first place. To date my option that I am contemplating is to take out a reverse mortgage on my home to pursue a civil case- and try to get my $38,000.00 back and whatever merit of loss that a 80 year senior veteran would be entitled to for the two year night mare that I received while in treatment with Dr Chasolen. " Again- In Life We Learn From Mistakes, So Please Learn From Mine And Beware"

BEWARE OF VANESSA & DR. GAUKHMAN !!!!!!! I was told by eight dentist that I had a Complicated case for a 12 unit- upper bridge " And that it was extremely important -to see no one other than a Prosthodontic Dentist" - and that is why when I saw the web page for Dr.Gaukhman- it stated that there was in fact a Prosthodontic on staff as I was led to believe,as Dr. Gaukhman stated that he was not a Prosthodontics- but did have one on staff if needed. We seemed to be having quite a few problems but the so called Prosthodontic did not intervene -and as I found out later that they never did have one, even though the web site showed one -as I showed the web site to Vanessa and told her they should correct the site as it was very misleading. The lab company owner made 7 trips each and every time that I was in the dental chair and not one time was Dr. Gaukhman present, except one time when Vanessa had an augment with the lab guy as he got tired of having to make so many unnecessary trips to the office that the mistakes Vanessa seemed to keep making, and Dr. Gaukhman walked into the room turned around and walked right back out showing no concern whatsoever,in the 10 months of my treatments not one time did he ever do any any work on me- and when I asked him why he was not even assisting Vanessa he simply stated that he has a security camera in all treatment rooms and can supervise through the cameras. In short he had Vanessa decide how to plan the entire 4 unit metal bridge units consisting of 12 teeth -as she ran the whole show making all of the decisions, ''and obviously Dr. Gaukhman Delegated Professional Responsibilities to a Non-Qualified Non Training Non Experienced nor A licensed person (named Vanessa) that failed totally two times and with two plans and with two separate Dental labs, A new attempt was done in Ziconia- in a new plan for where the teeth would be placed but that was a pathetically failed result as well, being of Vanessa's inexperience. WARNING: I do NOT recommend this doctor! He took $23,000.00 from me to cap my teeth and within 16 months I had issues. He said in writing in a text, he had no idea what was wrong. Several years later I have lost all my top teeth and need DENTURES! He now says I should have come back for a cleaning, yet he cleaned my teeth when I was there and it is a 5-10 hour drive to his office. I have my teeth cleaned every three months by a periodontist 10 minutes away. Three dentist, an internist, an oral surgeon and periodontist who I all see regularly, all agree the work should not have been done and big errors were made. “Holistic Dentistry,” that Mr. Edwards advertises, is NOT recognized by the American Dental Society and now I know why! ….BE CAREFUL.

Beware of Dr. Howard M Chasolen's Dental practice in Sarasota Fl. I went to him two years ago to have an upper dental screw in bridge unit made to connect to the wonderful implants and bone graft work that was done by Dr. Craig M Mish and his superb faculty of Sarasota fl. However, Dr Chasolen dramatically failed to the task of making what he had agreed to make and his promise that he could do it for the sum of $38,190.00 that was paid long before the work was ever sent out to a California discount dental lab. The lab failed to perform on over 10 attempts to make the unit functional and aesthetically appealing, as it was sent back and forth Approx. 15 times, 10 for the same corrections and 5 reg. times for the preliminary work. Dr. Chasolen and I agreed to do an entire new dental plan of a less costly glue in unit but for the same cost of the screw in unit, with a new local lab in Sarasota FL. I agreed to this to get the long and tedious nightmare over with, as I traveled 2500 miles and over 25 visits to Dr. Chasolen's office. But again, the so called new dental plan never took place as discussed on 3-14-18. Nor did I get a call back for an emergency call that I placed to Dr. Chasolen for the temp. unit that was falling out while talking and eating, and after over three days of waiting for a call back, I then had no choice but to go to a new dentist and paid a new fee of $27,000.00 for a new dental plan and a glue in unit ($11,000.00 cheaper than Dr. Chasolen's price. No charges were made to Dr. Chasolen for the failed unit that was cancelled and sent back to the California lab, but Dr. Chasolen thought it would be fair for him to keep all the money that I paid him, and he offered me a mere $7,500.00 refund from my $38,190.00 that I already gave to him plus my new expense of $27,000.00 so my total cost is now $65,5190.00. When I went to Dr. Chasolen for my dental plan I recently had a $7,000.00 new implant that was chipped by him while trying to remove the temp. bridge and also for the issue that the lab could not match it, so Dr Chasolen charged me $3,000.00 to remove the chipped crown. Now the new dentist charged me $2,200.00 to add that back into the new unit, I also paid $550.00 twice for a guide that was lost in Dr. Chasolen's possession

The only reason I gave them one instead of a zero was that the staff was fairly friendly. But in a coal clinical type friendly. I made an appointment for tooth pain. I was told they would not do the filling for me or even give me a temporary because I couldn’t do an $850 cleaning first. So I was sent home after x-rays and examination with nothing done. I called back to complain what I thought was there on corporate of I called back to complain what I thought Was the corporate office. And it turned out I was talking to the same girl at the same office. Which told me she did not have time to hear my complaints. Even though I had told them when I made the appointment when I arrived and put on the paper that I was there for tooth pain. She became angry and told me that she would override the cleaning i was the corporate office. And it turned out I was talking to the same girl at the same office.
