He sold me a $500.00 mouth guard because he said I was grinding my teeth and that was a LIE... he just wanted the money; he grinned down two “PERFECTLY” great teeth for nothing just to put a crown on teeth so he can make money off his patients... it’s a DAYUM shame this man can not be Trusted because of MONEY!! Money hungry and greedy. She doesn't pay her staff for travel to Barrow once a month all year. She doesn't pay for any medical or dental. She also does unnecessary work and her billing is also questionable. She is a POWER hungry lesbian who doesn't care about her staff or clients who owe her money. I have seen first hand that she treats patients who owe her money badly and treats the people who have insurance and money better. I have also seen her bill out for a $500.00 extraction when in fact, it was an easy extraction and should of been billed out at just over $100.00 and YES, the insurance company did want verification why it was billed out at the more expensive rate. I would never in a million years go have treatment done by this woman.

Jeffrey Petrina is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I went to get a molar removed and they cracked my $3,000 crown. One week later I came in to have it fixed, they told me they did not have the bonding to fix it. that they would order what was needed and two days later I should be able to have it fixed..... 10 days later I still have not been given one appointment to fix what they have done. They refused to give me antibiotics the first day and pieces of my crown are stuck in my gum. They refuse to help me. They will not call me back. They push the blame on anyone but themselves. I plan to report them to the better Business bureau and to my insurance company. I also fully intend to sue the dentist. I have been an excruciating pain for the last 2 weeks. It is ridiculous that he will not take responsibility for the pain and suffering that he is causing me every single day. Perfect Smile dentistry.

MJP Family dental has been trying to collect money from us for a cleaning they never did. We don't even know this dentist. His name is Dr Katz. They have been harassing us for payment for a service they didn't do. A previous dentist that used to own the business did the cleaning. MJP Family dental coded the claim incorrectly and our insurance rejected the claim. MJP Family Dental would not resubmit the claim to our insurance company. They sent us to Collections because we wouldn't pay the bill. We are not paying it because it was covered 100% under our insurance. They refuse to resubmit the claim with the corrected TAX ID number. Yes we have been in contact with them but they just want money from us not the insurance company. And then they continue to call us to pay this bill after they turned it over to Collections. Carmen Epstein called after this account was turned over to the Collection Agency. That is not even allowed!! Pretty sad that they feel the need to do that to older people. We ALWAYS paid our bills. Never been turned over to Collections. This was in August of 2018. It's now 2 And a half years later and they need to get it together! Something not right is going on!

Dr Gunder is the most excellent, exceptionional Dentist because of her and her professional team that she has mentored, they practice with the whole patient perspective. By using professional & up to date clinical options for her patients she also considers their social, financial and spiritual concerns. My family and I have been going to her since the 1990’s.

Just moved back to PA and researched carefully. Chose Dr. West at Garden Spot Dental. Could not be happier. First visit and cleaning in May. Lost part of tooth and big filling over weekend. They took me first thing Monday and actually got me out in 2 1/2 hours with a perfect fitting new crown fashioned by a machine right in office. Sweet. Love modern dentistry. Excellent support staff and high-end dental assistants. I made the right choice.
