Dr Patrick K Loftus, Syringa Demtal, 1850 E.Seltice Way Post Falls ID 83854
Dr Patrick K Loftus pulled the wrong tooth, then promised to correct the problem with a dental implant. Which he now will not do and the Syringa office does not return calls, in fact I had an appointment with them and after I drive over 100 miles to them they tell me it was canceled. Also Dr Patrick Loftus made me partials which do not fit and cant be used to eat with and he promised this would be fixed when he did the implant which he will no longer fix.

Not very caring, whistles loud all, the time..(irritating!!).I went to see him in excruciating pain with 2 abscessed teeth, and a swollen face, he proceeded to tap on each tooth in the affected area, and when I jumped and said no!!, he threw his hands in the air and told me I could go somewhere else!!!

Senan Ahmed, WA
Found Dr. Ahmed lacking in knowledge about some aspects of dentistry while claiming indignantly that he’s correct. E.g., check out what he said @ link below about root canals & implants. He claims all info in documentary Root Cause is “Total BS,” implying root canals are safe. There’s a lot of peer reviewed published science showing it is not. Also says: “Total BS. Zirconia is a metal!!!” But Zirconia isnt a metal, its a crystal or ceramic (eg cubic zirconia). imdb.com/title/tt7851798

Aurora Dentrix, 57 E. Downer Place, Aurora, IL
Dr Belani may be an amazing dentist, but a first-time patient would never know it because they would have to deal with the FRONT DESK. My first visit has been nothing short of a circus right from the first phone call to set it up. The hubby set up the appointment, then I got a call from the office denying that I was even in the system. It took about 2 hours during my work day to sort that out. Then, they could not accurately give their own address, so I had to spend over an hour driving around town looking for it. Next up, they took x-rays and gave me a referral to an oral surgeon. 2 weeks between my visit to Aurora Dentrix and my appointment with the surgeon, and nobody could be bothered to send the x-rays over. How hard is it to hit the send button? Surgeon's receptionist called them, once again, they denied I was even in their system. I had to call from the waiting room and yell at AD's front desk person. She finally admitted the mistake, and I had to yell at her to send the x-rays. What a frackin freak show! I am looking for another dentist as I type this.

I'm not sure how Jessie represented my situation to you Dr Bruno, only you & Jessie are privy to that information. I called Dr Urbanski first, but because I hadn't had my 1st appointment with her & she didn't have my medical history to review, she not only couldn't prescribe pain meds, she couldn't even prescribe Tylenol for me. She urged me to call you & assured me you would prescribe something for my pain. NOT. As Jessie informed me, she has & I quote "BEEN" with you for 8 years & she has never known you to prescribe a pain med for any patient under your care. I only reqested 2 pain meds to get me thru the night until I had my appointment with Dr Urbanski the next morning. She rearranged her whole schedule the next day so she could treat me medically. I didn't need a lecture from Jessie about the opiate crises in this country. All she had to tell me was that Dr Bruno doesn't prescribe pain meds. I had another option, the ER. Skip the lecture from Jessie. Within an hour I would have been administered a pain med & had a script called into my pharmacy. Dr Bruno, you never call your own office as a patient, perhaps you should have your Mother, your Wife's Mother or an Aunt call & ask to talk to Jessie. I could write down pretty much my everything I said to Jessie. You could find out what their response to the way they were treated. Ultimately, you are responsible for the care & comfort of your patients.

Dr. Murat Atli, 24000 Alicia Pkwy #18, Mission Viejo, CA
I had not been to a Dentist in decades. Like many others I dreaded the prospect of going and luckily had no pain until it finally happened, I took a bite of food with a hidden bone inside and broke a tooth. The throbbing pain wouldn't stop so I called a friend for a referral and they could not stop, or slow down, the amount of amazing praise for Dr. Murat Atli. They went on about how "Lucky" I was and how much "Fun" I would have and that I was in for a "Great Experience". So at this point I'm thinking I've got to remember to have my friend looked at for mental health issues as soon as I get rid of the excruciating pain I was in. The tooth was so shattered it needed to be extracted piece by piece. Not normally an event one looks forward to experiencing however my friend wasn't looking so crazy as Dr. Atli's bedside manor was truly refreshing. In this age of go fast next patient, now next hurry hurry he took time to alleviate my fears and explain all that would occur and the changes since I'd last seen a Dentist. The process was truly remarkable, I did not feel shots to numb the area nor the stitches placed once removed. I felt only the pulling sensation when removing but No Pain, simply Unbelievable. Dr. Atli was Professional, Accommodating, Enlightening Caring and yes Fun. A Wicked sense of humor he definitely has. I now go out of my way to reccomend to friends, family even strangers the Amazing Dr. Atli. I've handed a business card (I keep some with me crazy as it sounds.) and even hand introduced people to this Brilliant, Talented and Very Rare Special Man on numerous occasions. I have never had a bad experience with and I Highly Recommend Dr. Murat Atli ! ! !
