I was very lucky...I searched the internet for a dental practice in my area. After reviewing a few, I decided on Eastern Dental of Marlton. Their office is run very well....no overbooking, which means little waiting time (very important for most people). The entire office staff is efficient and always smiling. The dental assistant (Carol) that I have seen is so sweet and calming. I always feel welcome and not rushed. Dr. D (don't remember her full last name, but was told everyone calls her Dr. D) is amazing. She always tells me before she is going to do something, and she does it as gently as possible. I give her and the office an A+. I recommend them highly!

I have been a patient at Eastern Dental for several years, and have had procedures ranging from normal maintenance, crowns, an implant and braces. The experience has been totally positive, and Dr Hoffmaster and Dr Wei are perfectionists who pay great attention to detail. The support staff is very professional, helpful and courteous. Exemplary experience, both professionally and personally. Dr. Ference and her staff are skilled and comprehensive. They are timely and competent and very thorough! From biannual cleanings, chipped teeth and dental procedures, they are experts in their craft! I have never been disappointed with the level of care I have received.

Dr. Alex did some work on my teeth. My bridges fell out. You call his office, they would give you the run around. Finally had to sue him in small claims court and won $10,075.00. This was in Sept 27, 2017. He still refuses to pay me. Worst dentist I have ever seen. Still wandering how he got a Dental License.

I had only good things to say about this place(these people) until today! I was left waiting two hours for a small adjustment to my dentures. Needless to say I left without getting the adjustment! If you've already paid them, they don't care if you are comfortable or not! Hell I came home and adjusted them myself with the dremel in about 5 minutes! Two hours!

Dr. Ouano is the best dentist I have ever had. I needed so much work done on my teeth and was super apprehensive about dental work. I have had very bad experiences, and will be forever grateful with how much he has done for me. He helped me financially with a payment plan, made a treatment plan with me not just for me, and helped me to overcome my fear in dentistry work.

Terrible attitude. Many re-dos due to botched dental applications by this guy. Money hungry loves to do many unnecessary x-rays each time you have an office visit. Was very concerbed over too much radiation. Two receptionists one is sweet & overworked. The old blond with too much make up is his protector and is a mean womas ann marie she makes up bad situations. The Gods are saying to me get out now you've spent too kuch money with this unhappy munchin. Good luck if you ate treated better.
