Phillips Orthodontics, Jeff Phillips, Waunakee, Madison, WI
We do not feel like we are an important patient to Dr. Phillips. We went to Dr. Sim in Waunakee and he retired and sold his practice to Jeff Phillips 1-2 years ago. We are not happy with the new office at all. He has more than he can handle. Previously if we had a loose bracket we could get an appointment within the next few days to fix the bracket. Phillips is always booked up and you can never make an appointment when you need one. They say come back in 4 weeks and they have no appointments in 4 weeks so you wait 6 weeks. My child has brackets that come unglued and they say we will deal with it at the next appointment. At the next appointment they say this appointment isn't long enough to fix it. Make a longer appointment next time to allow for time to fix it. So we end up waiting 2+ months to get a bracket reattached. We do not feel like we matter as a patient. We are a business deal

Michael Zingalis, 10103 W Loop 1604 N San Antonio TX 78254 United States of America, San Antonio, TX
I was very disappointed at 7 to 7 Dental and Orthodontics, usually they are very friendly and knowledgeable, but toast visit my wife had several tooth-fillings replaced and a crown made, bys worn off Dr. Zingalis, after the anesthetist worn-off 2 days later she went back with extremely acute pain, he then filed off some theeth, and recommended to continue taking ibuprophen, the 6fh day the pain spread out to the whole head and more acute. He just filed some more and prescribed stronger pills, next week the same, finally I went with her and he seemed to be trumped saying he couldn't see anything abnormal in the x-rays, after I suggested a root canal he admitted that it could work, as they were getting ready to do the RCT, the finances person dropped in and wanted us to pay for the RTC even when Dr. Zigalis damaged the nerve. The office manager said that we had to pay. I said that it was only fare they sbsorbed the cost since we were not warned about the risk of RCT. I said I would take her elsewhere and they said OK, and let us go. A different Dentist did the RCT and redo the crown. She's feeling better now.

Jeff Hedges, Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY
Young dentist, very inexperienced with anxious patients. Not very understanding of your situation at all, and clearly more about turnover and profit than patient care and retension. Do not recommend, even to my mother in law!

Dr Karen M Altszuler, 501 Madison ave, New York, NY
Dr. Altszuler is a gentle and extreme competent dentist. She is patient with someone like me who is terrified of the dentist. She treats me patiently and kindly while working on my teeth. I am happy to say that I have a dentist that I want to visit twice a year or whenever the need arises. She also have a great staff who are as nice as she is.

Dr Hassan, Sturtevant, WI
Doesn't or did not for me to seem to care about the amount pain and discomfort he causes the patient - during procedure and thereafter. Did not have the time to be PROMPT and/or on time for my appointments (once he did not even show up and his nurse had to step in). Changed procedure in the middle - extraction took 1 1/2 hours. Would NOT recommend this guy to Anyone
