Hello, I am looking for Paula Polma and Lan Buttery. Today's date is August 11, 2025. I have tried reaching them at their property, which is a gated community called THE PENINSULA, located in Rowlett, Texas. Due to the gate, I was unable to gain entry. Paula and Lan refused to grant me access when I contacted them. I have left 2 written notes at the gate for them to contact me, and I have sent letters to their Rowlett address. Neither has responded. I am trying to resolve this without filing a lawsuit, but I am prepared to take this to court if need be. These 2 ladies owe me over $100,000. I am a small business owner, and they owe me for unpaid commercial lease payments, unpaid utilities, and property damage (they purposely flooded my building and tore up the interior walls). Both are involved in running illicit massage parlors and *** services in the greater DFW area, which I did not initially know. Both have an extensive history of liens, bad debt, and lawsuits. The address they provided me is 150 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089. But, I have confirmed that they also use the following addresses: 175 Peninsula Drive and 200 Peninsula Drive both of Rowlett, TX 75089. The past employment information we found for them is Citadel Broadcasting and Tax Seasons. Recommended to my wife, but never diagnosed a cavity, even though two kids themselves thought they had one. Changed dentists and 3 of 4 had cavities that needed to be treated. One is facing a crown and possible ROOT CANAL! Stay away, if you care about your (kids') teeth!

I believe Dr. Fernandes literally saved my life. She is the best physician I have ever encountered. I am a health care professional and have never seen a more passionate and compassionate person as well as cardiologist. She takes whatever time is required to make sure that not only your medical needs are addressed but to make sure you are both on the same page about treatment plans, Rx, etc. Is it more important to have a great doctor who will fix your health or one that blows off anything that is not on THEIR agenda? Good care takes time and it also takes cooperation between patient and physician. I would recommend her (and have) to my own children and friends.

I just got my teeth whitened today and love the results ! My whole family goes to Dr. Raanan and his staff are amazing and very helpful. They can help with anything and are so gentle, so if you're sensitive it's not a worry.I definitely recommend him.

At this office, it really doesn't matter if the dentist is good or not - the office manager and billing practices are so horrible it will make your run screaming! They don't know how to bill insurance correctly, then blame the insurance company. They never send you a bill and then send you nasty messages saying you didn't pay the non-existent bill, then they send your account to a collection agency. It took them over 14 months to send me a bill - even though I was in the office during that period and asked if I owed them and could I pay - I was told no. It's just not worth it - there are probably hundreds of good dentists in this area, so find one whose office management isn't scary than multiple root canals!! :o

They even tried to sell me some climax drugs and asked me for my personal information, which is probably how they would steal my identity. I found out later they have a reputation for that. They have another *** palace at 802 East Concord Lane in Allen, Tx. They fall in the mature category, but definitely not milfs. They take cash or card and your jizz.
