I'm a physician, so I know that finding a good dentist is very very important. Robin is the most talented dentist I've had in decades. She's smart, fast, and clear. She's not a big schmoozer--if that's what you want to pay for,--but she's plenty pleasant and pleasantly direct. She replaced a crown for me and got it in one take. I've got a strange bite so it's usually hours of grinding to get a so-so fit. I was amazed! It's the best fit I've ever had. Sincerely, G.H.Beachum, MD

Before Dr. Torgensen and staff, Sheri, Robin, Shanna etc. I was terrified of dentist. Used to always cry the day before, the day of the appt., in the waiting room and had to be gassed every time, cry on the way home. So I had to get dentures. This staff & doctor totally changed my life. These are the kindest and caring people you can find. They make sure if you are upset that they get you calm and make sure they do not hurt you. I now can go to the dentist without fear andam actually glad to see everyone there when I go in no fear at all. Never thought that would ever happen.

He did a filling on my right area of my mouth and the filling cane out the same day. He stated that the filling didn’t bind to the tooth in which I was confused so he re did them but I’m still having sensitivity

:To Whom It May Concern: I was told by the advice from the VA- because of my substandard care that I received from Dr. Chasolen for the two years of a total nightmare, and being totally departed of my hard working sum of $38,000.00- and not having any of the work sent back to me- as I requested on several occasions- just to prove that it was in fact sent back to his discount dental lab in California for the total credit of any money that he paid to them- as he told me when he was sending it back - and telling the lab that it was a totally failing bridge unit- as he explained to me stating that we would receive any and all of the money that was paid to them. Dr. Chasolen then changed his story when he abandoned my treatment plan- that he again failed and could not put together the so called new plan with a new local lab to redo my work, he instead stated to me that the work was not sent back to the California lab- and as a result he was charged for the lab work of the failed unit, I then asked that he please send me all of the so called work that never was not sent back to the lab- and to please send it to me "to prove to myself that it was sent back to the lab and that he in fact did receive all of the money back" The dentist that finished my work even asked Dr. Chasolen for very important information pertaining to critical info. that was needed to complete my work with the new dentist but Dr. Chasolen never answered the request as it was obvious that a lot was being hidden from my substandard care that was provided with the treatment plan that I had for two years with Dr. Chasolen- and so very little was ever provided from Dr. Chasolen himself- other than the time and failed attempt that he made -trying to fix a chip that was done by his work on a $7,000.00 implant crown- even though i agreed to remove the chipped crown and let the lab have an easier time for the unit they were making, "low and behold Dr. Chasolen presented me with a $3500.00 bill to remove the crown that he had to remove because of the negligence in chipping it in the first place. To date my option that I am contemplating is to take out a reverse mortgage on my home to pursue a civil case- and try to get my $38,000.00 back and whatever merit of loss that a 80 year senior veteran would be entitled to for the two year night mare that I received while in treatment with Dr Chasolen. This office has repeated violated HIPPA by sharing information about patients' charts, even in front of other patients, without a right to be reviewing patients' records. Also, the receptionist/insurance staff person name Ashley is very unqualified, rude, & unresponsive. The office is a little sketchy.

This doctor gave me a drug that my pharmacist warned me about, so I only bought 6 pills. In a few days I got a letter from my insurance company sent me a letter stating this drug is unsafe to give to those over 65 for the side effects were awesome. I passed out so many times but the most dangerous time was I got in my car. Thank God I got a phone call and did not drive the car. I was going to get my puppy from my groomer and could have killed myself and others on the road. After the call, I passed out in the car at around 3 :00 until 7:30 in the evening. Bless the groomers heart for she knew I would not leave my dog and EMS. God Bless that man for I really would not have been able to walk into my home. I confronted Hecker. Asked me what had killed my pain before, told they gave me a drug in the called percoset. I did not really know what it was. I said to him in a very calm manner I could ring your neck, I thought a common saying. He.left the room and in a few minutes, it struck me that this man was angry. and I was upset for I. had profiled his behavior and got up walked a little improvised office, no doors, where I experienced something I have never seen, a temper tantrum to beat the band. In my life time, I flew for a major airline as a flight attendant and a teacher of 12th graders. I have never seen anything like it !!!!. But found my former doctor who told me that he had been fired from that medical system but to cover themselves did not publicly announced it. NOW this powder keg is Brevard County's problem.. The thought of being put under by this man is horrifying to me and should be to anyone. In my opinion, he is an extremely, insecure person which certainly shows if you question his authority. I was thrown out of the pain clinc and given a bottle of oxycodone-7.5_325 It was issused to me on May 17 16 and I still have the bottle with plenty of pills in it. After that day with Hecker, it was amazing of how people called to say how sorry they were. Oh, I went to the NC medical Board, they thought it was perfectly ok. Am sure the hospital backed him completely, but they finally figured it out and let him go. Now my final thought, this was done to a lady who has a spine desinitagrating, a knee that isi in horrid shape and is painful and was 72 years old. Be careful Hendersonville, you have tome bomb ticking but so sure this fool would have another story.

This guy tried to hard sell me an unnecessary, expensive procedure with 8+ weeks of healing time. Instead I went to another dentist and he took care of it in less than an hour; shaking his head, laughing and telling me about the scam game all too many seem to practice. If you don't feel right, Go to another dentist, periodontist, dr. or whatever and get another opinion. It is well worth the little extra effort to be that much more informed. Be aware
