It took 19 months but its finally done. We got our money back plus legal fees. Ubuildit promised but never delivered. They attempted to smear me and my wife, but we won in the end. What an unethical company. Please, please do your homework on this company and its owner. They have had several names over the years but the chain of lawsuits are easy enough to find. The owner has been in court his entire life. While many locations are franchises, it still the same company with the same policies, legal, and culture. They literally have hundreds of complaints being worked out with several Better Business Bureaus and in courts.

Get ready to be screwed. This is some kind of franchise but based on what Ive read online, all of their locations across the US *** and are tied up in a lot of lawsuits. This location in Wichita is in a strip mall and everyone that works there is nice but doesn't know a single thing about construction or building a home. The designs are something my kid could do on his ipad. My consultant appeared to be on drugs most times we met. It took 6 months to get the first contractor to even look at my property and plans. I don't recommend Ubuildit to anyone, not even my ex-wife's motherinlaw.

They ripped off our family. 3 months and its been a rotating series of low quality contractors. Everything is overrunning and late. The work is terrible. These are like the same builders...Ubuildit and Timber Ridge Customer Homes. Same shady people trying to rip people off with nothing but lies and bs. The only people that work there are people that have been fired by other builders. Lots of bad reviews on facebook and google. I should have fired them in the first week when I caught them in a lie.

I am not at all impressed with their work. I saw one of their new homes. Dry wall finish and paint looks worse than a DIY. Cheap vinyl windows and garage doors. They must really like particle board cause they built the cabinets, shelves, and doors out of it. Don't even get me talking about the gaps in the floors. Ugh. Terrible builder.

Its been nearly 2 years, and we still have 13 items on our punch list and 2 warranty claims. Now that the cold weather is here, I can feel drafts in nearly every room. The poor construction was bad in the summer as our AC ran continously and our utility bills averaged $400 per month. The heater is barely able to keep up and its only in the 40's outside. What will happen when it gets below freezing? House is located in The Colony, Texas. DR Horton is the builder and their office is in Rowlett, T exas.

This lady is a novice designer but expert liar and scammer. Just like the other scammers at Ubuildit and Timber Ridge Home Designs, she is there to lie, cheat and steal. You will have nothing but headaches and a thinner wallet working with these scammers. Buyer beware!

What a joke of a "design firm". Saydi Hunter has ZERO experience. Like 1 year out of college...3rd rate college. Don't trust their work. So much more expense to build than they will tell you. And then then get rude after they get your money.
