Dr. Toledo is a wonderful surgeon who cares deeply about his patients. Sounds like something you would look for right? Well I thought so too, but after losing Everything because of an upset and obsessed doctor I’ll think again. Where should I begin? Well he operated on me and I became very close to him and his staff. I even referred him business. I felt apart of his family. Well until a member of it lied and betrayed me because they were ashamed of something that’s not my fault. This was so long ago and you would think they would be over it. No ! Anytime they get a chance to mess with me they will. They are so concerned about everyone’s crimes and wrong doing ( Eryn the former office manager) isn’t it a crime to stalk and harass a dying person? Well typically I would feel intimidated to share my truth but Santa ? Gave me the gift of gab. He gave me a birdie that gave me strength and lots of information that validates everything I knew. So here’s my gift to you . ‘‘Twas the night before Christmas ? and all through the house. Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse. There were no stockings hung on the chimney, no one who cared because the Toledo family wasn’t together finally someone who dared to share. His secretary /wife verbally assaulted me this afternoon calling me absurd names over the phone, I was told f**Ik you n hung up on. My 2nd attempt she called me a f**k**g junkie n hung up once a again. All I wanted to ask them about a letter I recently in the mail. Now my 3td attempt to call I was disrespected from dr jaffe he hung up on me as well. Not to mention they won't reimburse for my appointment on the 25.

She literally was the rudest doctor ever, hung up on several times, the discharged me without ant notice for calling her office to many times, which was no more tghen 10 in 5 months , nrmecer explained my condition to me, violated the law by kicking me out without 30 day notice and no referal for treatment

I am ABSOLUTLEY APPALLED!!! At this Dr's staff a women named Gloria. She was so rude nasty and I was a new patient trying to make an appointment. Her English-speaking was marginal at best. The reason for this post. When I asked her to slow down as she was attempting SHE WAS SPEAKING WAY TO FAST to give me the address with her horrible accent. She got belligerent telling me all I the things I was doing wrong..... And then HUNG UP ON ME . NOT ONCE NOT TWICE THREEEEE TIMES!!!! I DID not use foul language I did not belittle her she needs a dose of how to. Handle people. I don't know how she even got a customer service position. This Dr. Came highly recommended, however the only reason I am keeping this appt. Is to go in there to have this Dr. Make her give me a public apology. I can not EXPRESS how disgustingly inappropriate she behaved. She needs to go back to school and learn how to trrst people with the utmost respect and patience . If she can not handle a front desk job in a small practice, that Is just terrible. WE ARE IN AMERICA. THE FIRST LANGUAGE IS ENGLISH. IF YOU ARE COMING HERE TO MY COUNTRY THAT I FAUGHT FOR U. S. NAVY. Hey Guys its Bobby from Benjamin Charles and I have had my fair share of Stankovas as well, often wondered what I did in a former life to get such poor doctors. I also agree that we have stankovas in every hospital it should lead every veteran to be even more cautious. If you have stankovas in your hospital, Veterans hospital, CBOC give a shout out. I also agree on the comment of hanging the pictures, whats the va afraid of it helps everyone veterans, employees identify whose treating them. We have vaccines also come and get them
