Balance billing is unethical and Dr. Reynolds should be ashamed of what she is doing to her patients and we are shocked that reputable hospitals would allow this. Essentially, her next patient is most likely the next defendant in her NUMEROUS litigations. This surgeon takes ER call at in-network facilities, but refuses to accept ANY insurance, therefore, if she is on call and someone needs an emergency procedure, once they are unconscious, she will "fix" them, but then she will sue them. Her very own lawyer told us in mediation, "Just because she shouldn't, doesn't mean she can't." Her lawyer also stated that she does balance billing because she is unhappy with insurance reimbursement rates and chooses not to accept any insurance. Until the law changes, this is the best way for her to maximize her earnings. When you look her up online, it clearly shows that she does not accept any insurance. Also, look up the Denver 9News series, Lien on Me. She has over 170 liens on her patients' properties. From now on, we will be sure to hang a sign around our necks refusing services from her or any other surgeon who balance bills their patients. There is a reason it is being outlawed around the country and I would hope that hospitals would re-consider employing physicians who balance bill your patients. We did our due diligence by paying for the highest tier PPO that my husband's company offers and, instead, spent thousands of dollars out of pocket on this doctor's unscrupulous practices.

Has had my best interest both physically and financially. He's a great doctor and I consider him a friend. Every patient in this clinic comes in with a smile and leaves with a smile.

I have requested my doctor to fill out paperwork in reference to my medical issues and the office has nit completed in over 1 month. Every time I call they give me a different excuse. It took them over 3 weeks to send an authorization to my insurance for my medication and they told me the had. I had to have the insurance co call them directly.

My appointment today with Dr. Navarro was awful. Dr.Navarro is taking over Dr. Nottingham's patients & told me he didn't like going behind another physician's work & he had his patients too. Why agree to take on other patients if you don't go behind another physician’s work? He didn't read my chart before my appointment. He had the nerves to ask did I think he would take me to the operating room & haven't developed a rapport with me. I've completed so much testing for my condition & Dr. Navarro made me feel as I wasn't worthy of his time or GREAT health care because of my skin color. He figured he could tell me anything & I would go for it! The sad part of the entire visit, Dr. Navarre, keep telling me he would ensure I receive my$35 co-pay back. He arrived late to the appointment & wanted to spend 2 minutes with me to walk & head to his next patient. Dr. Navarro took an oath to provide health care to individuals but he only cares about you if your skin isn't brown/black. On hold for extended time. Wanted same day appointment as the as they say on a recording while on hold to speak to office staff. I could not get an appointment for a week. My issue was insomnia and they could not give me an appointment sooner than that. I had been with this practice for over 30 years and the service has declined every since the practice was sold to the current group of doctors. Very disappointed in their practice. Don’t call if you have and urgent need.
