Ashwani Srivastava, 4305 W Wheatland Rd, Duncanville, TX, 75237

Rating: 1 out of 5.

This is a horrible doctor. No compassion for his patients. My grandfather suffers from heart failure and dementia. He was just released from ICU in March and I moved him into my home. I am establishing care with all new specialists in Dallas. My grandfather had a virtual appt. with Dr. Ashwani today. This was the first appt for my grandfather. Dr. Ashwani started off by being very rude to my grandfather because my grandfather couldn’t remember his current health issues due to his dementia. I always assist my grandfather with his memory and I only minutes earlier confirmed with the doctor’s MA that Dementia was in the grandfather’s chart. Dr. Ashwani tells my grandfather, you should know this, it’s your health. This comment embarrassed my grandfather. I also had to continue to repeat the fact that my grandfather was in ICU in South Carolina. Then he tell my grandfather not to drink water. I have never heard of a doctor telling a patient not to drink water. The hospital, primary care physician and Cardiologist wants him to urinate to keep the fluid off of his heart. My grandfather has a pacemaker and heart failure. He almost died 2 months ago because there was fluid collected on his heart and caused his heart to stop. I attempted to inform Dr. Ashwani of the reason why all of my grandfather’s doctors are telling him to stay hydrated. Before I could give any info, the doctor cut me off to say, “he’s on a water pill, what do you think a water pill does?” The fact isn’t, my grandfather is not getting enough fluid out of his body hence the reason why he drinks water. This doctor is extremely rude. This was a very horrible experience. I want a doctor that cares about their patients. His therapy plan for my grandfather could mean life or death. I don’t want someone that does care either way. This doctor also had the nerve to stop in the middle of my grandfather’s visit just to have a long discussion with his MA about another patient while in front of the camera.

Very satisfied with the orthotics that Dr. Anthony Cordisco, podiatrist, “had made for me. Dr. Cordisco provided excellent treatment & advice on dealing with my hammer toe. I’d recommend that family & friends go to Dr. Anthony Cordisco for foot ailments. Sincerely, Ralph G. Clouser Jr.

David dasher, Webb ave, Burlington, NC

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Arrogant ......Arrogant...Arrogant ......definition :”having or revealing an exaggerated sense of ones own importance or abilities”. Dr Dasher has incredibly bad/ insensitive bed side manner. He may be smart.....but beware you will pay for it with his unprofessional presentation. Sad because the other practitioners in that group are wonderful !!!!! So unfortunately he pulls down the practice as a whole.

Dr saxena, Burlington, NC

Rating: 2 out of 5.

The front office staff is much much better than the last time I was there. Brittany is friendly, professional and helpful! A lovely girl all around. My cleaning was very expensive but very good nonetheless. Amy did a great job and her expert evaluations gave me a lot of confidence. BUT . . . I cannot help but feel that Dr. Saxeema is in this strictly for the $$$$$$. Clearly, the actual care and wellbeing of her patients is a distant second place to revenue. I have an extremely busy work schedule so booking and keeping appointments is very tough for me. On top of an expensive cleaning of $271, Dr. Saxena pointed out additional work that was very important and needed to be done. The additional work totaled about $700. Along with the cleaning $, this was considerably more than I had budgeted for that day's visit. I offered to pay for half of the additional work right then on top of paying for the cleaning and commuted to pay the balance in two weeks with an automatic CC payment. NOPE . . . Full payment takes a front seat to care & need of her patient as well as consideration for her patients time. Dr. Saxeema turned my offer down because she wants every penny right then and there despite my need for relief. This tells me that my actual dental needs and oral health are less important than how fast she gets her money! Basically, it was made clear that the Dr thinks I'm a deadbeat. That I would cheat her out of $350 even with numerous follow up visits and much more dental work to follow. This was a bad business decision . . . Really unbelievable. I cannot trust a professional that makes such small minded business decision. I will have my records moved to a doctor that cares as much about my health and time as they do about lining their pockets. My girlfriend is moving to another dentist as well.

D. Carlson, 13871 Elk Run Drive, West Burlington, IA

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I went in for pain in the abdomen and difficulty breathing. My general MD was not available, so I was referred to Dr. D. Carlson at the Great River Family Practice Center in West Burlington, IA. I was asked and responded 3 times to questions regading my allergies. Despite that, I was given a shot and a medication order to be filled at the pharmacy. When I went to the pharmacy to get the medication order filled, I was told "it was not the right medication for me." They would have to call the doctor for another medication. That could only mean, I was allergic to the medication ordered. That is a flagrant disregard for a patient's safety.
