This Dr diagnosed me with microscopic colitis after performing a colonoscopy. I’ve had severe diarrhea for over 5 years and his only treatment has been to take twice the recommended dose of Imodium My primary Dr said I definitely need a second opinion but due to COVID that was not possible. So I reached out once again to Dr Sainburg and he saw I tried to get a second opinion and still will not treat me as he should.

I went to get a Dermatologist referral from DR.MENA THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME MEETING HER SINCE SHE WAS NEVER IN HER OFFICE. SHE NEVER GOT CLOSE TO ME TO CHECK MY FACE AND BACK WERE MY CONCERNS WERE AND SHE JUST SEEMED RUDE FROM THE BEGINNING. SHE KEPT SAYING NO TO EVERYTHING I WOULD SAY AND SHE SEEMED TO JUST LEAVE OUT OF THE ROOM. I DON'T RECOMMEND DR. MENA AT ALL YOU WILL BE WASTING TIME WITH HER. SHE IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AT ALL. SHE NEEDS TO UPDATE HER KNOWLEDGE SKILLS. SHE JUST MILKS THE SYSTEM.

Dr. Mueller's expert casting of my fractured left arm resulted in my arm healing/returning to normal. The therapy he advised now has it superior to my right arm/hand/wrist. The therapy would not have been successful without his excellent casting. He has absolutely mastered the art of casting. Was very rude and condescending. Horrible bedside manner. Did not care what the patient or family said. Constantly belittled and talked down to us. Unleashed a narcissistic rage at a very ill patient in the ICU who was on medications and not able to interact. When the family witnessed this and stepped in to stop it, he became further enraged at being called out on his inappropriate behavior. The family also witnessed him being rude and overbearing to his staff

As we are involved more and more this writer finds more solace in her skills. We started few years ago as adviserials. As I have found her advise to become more of concern for me I have also placed more credibility in her judgement. Our first encounters she was more autocratic and now she appears more of an advocate for my needs. In turn I observe our relationship as one of mutual empathy. I am looking forward to a lasting mutual trust. If all the staff at this Kaiser clinic and hospital were to take her dress code and appearance as a standard they could improve patient doctor relationships by a milestone.
