I went in for A prostatectomy and to stay overnight in hospital. I woke up in recovery and was told I'm going home. Dr. Moore decided to cut A hole in my bladder instead because he had A hard time putting in A catheter. I've been in A diaper ever since because he left me incontinent.

Waited a month for torn shoulder. Arrived 1 hr. Prior to time. Waited two hours to be seen but dr. never showed. Nurse said he had a late lunch. I left without treatment. Was rated a 2 on internet. Should have checked.

Dr Moore gave me a script for years. He knew I was a service tech we spoke in detail about t. I needed to have a form signed stating I could perform my job. He said I couldn't. He would not talk to me or make an appt. To work it out. I was out of work for 6 days until my family doctor could help. He does not care. Just another PILL MILL this is very sad.

I spent 2.5 years with 3 different ENT specialists who kept telling me I would be fine.Dr. Ari W. told me after the second visit I need surgery. It turned out that I had 2 cancerous polyps that he removed. Thanks to him I am still alive and I have a voice. He is great.
