Dr Chermak is the most compassionate Dr I've ever had. She mails us Iinformation when she runs across anything pertinent to us. She is always looking for solutions for us. She has hundreds of suggestions for making our health better, not just pills. Dr Chermak always takes time with us. She never rushes, always goes that extra mile. When my husband was very ill, she gave me her personal phone number. If I have a question, I can text her and she always answers. She even went to visit my husband in a hospital in another city. She is caring, compassionate, and human. We count ourselves very lucky to be in her care. We are getting old and we've had many many doctors. She is wonderful, we absolutely love her.

Very caring and thorough, excellent bedside manner, great diagnostician and best family doctor in Traverse City. She is in a clinic with other like-minded physicians and the best office/medical team around. Dr Balwin helped was a great doctor to help me overcome trauma after an automobile accident. After just one visit I no longer woke up reliving the accident. I am now able to drive without fear. He used hypnotherapy and EMDR which helped greatly. He is a kind, gentle man with lots of experience. I thank him for his help.

Dr. Rappaport and his staff are the perfect mix of personable and professional. He has proven to be a skilled and caring surgeon in both scar repair (from a previous accident) on my daughter and cosmetic surgeries (face and body) on myself. I am currently three weeks post op tummy tuck and breast lift with augmentation. I am in my mid sixties, and Dr. Rappaport has given me back a few decades on my body. If you don't believe me, just ask my husband!

Saw less than a yr. Very unprofesstional,uncompationate. Takes things you say and turns it around. At this time im in much pain, have pinched nerves,Bulging discs, hip 1 inch shorter than other,4 discs rubbing. I cant walk without help and walker. All due to asking him to look at surgeons xrays and he thinks im saying his xrays are no good. So he decides he doesnt want to be my doctor, anymore and tells me thru mychart. Isnt man enough to even talk to me. Im filing a complaint and talking to a lawer this is outrageous. He just wants to retire and i will be glad he is. I hope those of you out there treated bad by him use your voice cause its so wrong. What do i do now? Hard to find good drs its all about money now days seems to me .
