Ent is central p, Dr Kimberly, Altoona, PA
Staff and doctors do not communicate well and when we called with problems after surgery we were told everything would be fine, needless to say we ended up in ER. Things were not fine. Not compassionate not caring. I'm deal with my son with chronic ear infections, as if that isn't stressful enough. Very disappointed in their professionalism.

Colorado Complete Health For Women, Dr. Kimberly Larson-Olhsen, Aurora, CO
Dr. Larson-Olhsen is not attentive. She is rude, rushed and not what you would expect in a doctors office. Rose Linger, office manager and entire staff are rude. They say, it stems from the top. A very bad experience

speyer
I was referred to Dr Speyer because Nasal Polyps were blocking my breathing. He suggested surgery to remove the polyps. I had the surgery and thought all was well. Less then a year later I started noticing the congestion returning. I returned to Dr Speyer about the problem. He told me that it was my fault for taking aspirin for a occasional headache. He then stormed out of the exam room, not to return. I proceeded to get a second opinion from a highly regarded ENT. This doctor told me that I would need another surgery since Dr Speyer did not remove the polyps roots and it had nothing to do with aspirin or anything else I had done. The second Surgery was performed by the second ENT less than a year later to complete Dr Speyer's work. It has been two now since the second surgery and finally all is well Unless you want to have multiple surgeries don't let Dr Speyer operate on you.

John C. Amann, 50 2nd Street S E, Winter Haven, FL
Dr. John C. Amann, M.D, F.A.C.S practice is Neurology and Neurosurgery Associate, P.A. in Winter Haven. FL. I went to Dr. Amann for a herniated disk in lower back. First visit saw P.A. said I would need to see Dr. Amann. My visit with Dr. Amann was to explain what he would do during surgery. He advised if given the shot it would be a 50/50 fix but with surgery it would 90% for complete recovery. I chose to have the surgery and at this time he sat down with us and answered any question my wife and I had. The morning of surgery I arrived at the hospital and checked in. Surgery was to be at 7:30. He arrived early and took me in to surgery at 6:50. I was able to leave by 10:00 to go home and recoup. Dr. Amann called that afternoon to check on me to make sure all was good. I returned to his office two weeks later for a follow up. Did not even sit down in waiting room and was taken back to his office. Nurse check all vitals and walked out of room and Dr. Amann came in within two minutes. He looked at the incision and said it was healing nicely, sat down and talked with us about what he had done during surgery and what to expect for the healing time. He asked if I had any questions and he sat and answered all questions. I saw Dr. Amann once before surgery, day of Surgery and the follow up visit. Not one time did I have to wait to see him. Very courteous and straight to the point. I would recommend him for anyone needing spinal care.

Dr Matthew P Hansen, 13350 24 mile rd, Shelby, MI
Thrilled with my surgery!! Dr Hansen first took care of my sons ingrown toenail. It healed so fast and I liked how personable, down to earth, offers great advice, gives me what I need, is quick and accurate in his care. I had bunion surgery 8 years ago that was not done well. I suffered for 8 years, my feet never stopped hurting. Dr Hansen set me up for corrective surgery as soon as I wanted it, did a tremendous job, he was right about everything, I followed his directions and was walking normally again so quick. Its been 6 months now and yesterday I decided to try aerobics with the other teachers. I CAN JUMP UP AND DOWN ON MY FEET NOW!!! This is a life changer for me. I love to work out but physically couldn't, and now I can. Thank you Dr Hansen!

Matthew Levine, Resurgens Othopaedics, Cumming, GA
I broke my hip, and Dr Levine was the surgeon who repaired it. Although I am a "Senior" and long-time patient of Resurgens Orthopaedics at Northside Forsyth Hospital, this was the first time I met Dr Levine. He not only did an excellent job in fixing the break but, as meaningful to me, was his kind, compassionate, understanding demeanor! He's a humble and caring professional, who gives you ample time and focuses totally on you/your recovery/your questions during follow-up visits. I highly recommend Dr Levine and his expert staff/practice to anyone needing superb orthopedic surgery! P.S. My 9 rating is the highest single digit the space would accept!!
