I was very disappointed I am a diabetic and was not supposed eat a lot of bread . I wanted to get a slider and was willing to pay extra for tuna. I explained it to the manager. She said they count the bread I said no problem I am paying for the bread I just want the tuna on it. I was told you count each piece of meat. After a few minutes I asked for home office phone number and was told they didn’t have it. I ordered a meal of two sliders with turkey with oil only and couldn’t even eat the bottom part of the bread it was to hard . I won’t be coming in here again

John C. Amann, 50 2nd Street S E, Winter Haven, FL
Dr. John C. Amann, M.D, F.A.C.S practice is Neurology and Neurosurgery Associate, P.A. in Winter Haven. FL. I went to Dr. Amann for a herniated disk in lower back. First visit saw P.A. said I would need to see Dr. Amann. My visit with Dr. Amann was to explain what he would do during surgery. He advised if given the shot it would be a 50/50 fix but with surgery it would 90% for complete recovery. I chose to have the surgery and at this time he sat down with us and answered any question my wife and I had. The morning of surgery I arrived at the hospital and checked in. Surgery was to be at 7:30. He arrived early and took me in to surgery at 6:50. I was able to leave by 10:00 to go home and recoup. Dr. Amann called that afternoon to check on me to make sure all was good. I returned to his office two weeks later for a follow up. Did not even sit down in waiting room and was taken back to his office. Nurse check all vitals and walked out of room and Dr. Amann came in within two minutes. He looked at the incision and said it was healing nicely, sat down and talked with us about what he had done during surgery and what to expect for the healing time. He asked if I had any questions and he sat and answered all questions. I saw Dr. Amann once before surgery, day of Surgery and the follow up visit. Not one time did I have to wait to see him. Very courteous and straight to the point. I would recommend him for anyone needing spinal care.

Dr. Spiker, a very skilled back surgeon and his staff are very concerned about your problems. They are intelligent and explain your problem in terms that you can understand. They are very friendly and take the time to answer all your questions without making you feel you have to hurry out. I had mullti back problems and was in excruciating pain. He worked through each p roblem systematically and the end results have been extraordinary! It's wonderful to be out of the pain I was in.

Dr Johnson quickly put me at ease. I rode down the hall in a wheelchair to surgery, like a race car, fast w his long legs. I did the sound effects! No problems!

I always wakeup with nausea and vomiting. What ever Dr. Evans did, I woke up clear headed after 15 minutes, no nausea or vomiting and was hungry about 10 minutes later. All other times it has be vomiting for 3 to 5 hours and kinda sick for 2 days. He was my ''hero'' from this shoulder surgery from our surgen another Dr. Bruce Evans...both outstanding .
