Jacob Nwosu, 700 liberty place, sicklerville, NJ

Rating: 2 out of 5.

I had a general doctor that was put out of business by a large hospital after 35 yrs. of work. I take a few xanax pills that my general doctor would prescribe for me since I was having panic attacks for 28 yrs(I am 66 and a good athlete). I have had some heart surgeries and a heart attack at 40 but my last surgery was preventative 6 yrs ago and I am in better shape than most people. I used to teach tennis 40 yrs ago and I still play for 2 hours at a time. I had to find a new doctor and at the present doctors are not allowed to prescribe controlled substances. This doctor I saw for the first time 4 days ago and was supposed to prescribe me 2 weeks of Buspar to take along with my .5 mg xanax pills that he didn't give a prescription for and said he would after 2 weeks. He gave me a sample of Rexulti to take for 2 weeks along with my xanax pills(whose prescription expired July 2nd but he noticed I still had enough for about 2 weeks. To this day he has not sent a prescription to Walmart for Buspar and I called his office to find out what is going on. I called them yesterday too. I think he might be irresponsible and I don't trust him right now. I will try to find a new doctor who said I had to see a psychiatrist to get a prescription for those xanax pills. I never did before and I don't take them to get high. I take a half pill in the morning, 1.5 pills before I do 2 hours of exercise and the rest by 2am. The medical world is disgusting. My wife, 69 yrs old, came down with lung cancer 2 yrs ago when we moved into her mother's home to take care of her. Now my mother-in law came down 9 months ago(she's 94) with alzheimers and broke her hip on 12/31/2018 and can't see or hear. I hide down in the basement in this 120 yr old mancave with my own TV, computer, printer and phone. Life is great. I am 66 and have medicare and Aetna. Hardly any money(used to have money to buy a house for cash 12 yrs ago when I moved to NJ but I rented instead). I have nothing coming in wills and I guess I better stay in shape so I can work part time and get social security. I don't feel like working anymore , so I take each day at a time.

Dr (Kristappa) Sangavaram, 303 Molnar Drive, Elmwood Park, NJ, 07407

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Dr Kristappa Sangavaram, MD double charged me $1,000. He charged me and my medical insurance company for the same injection of a steroid. Sometimes he uses the last name "Sangdidram", other times he uses the last name "Sangavarian" and other times he uses the last name "Sangavaram". He told me not to tell the other anesthesiologists but I did and I told the insurance company. Even his ex-partner told me "I know what Dr Sangavaram did to you...I know the story" and that's why he was told to leave and he had to go to a smaller place and he makes less money thanks to me because I told everyone. I spoke to him and he didn't know I told on him and he started trash talking his previous partners. In a way I won because he ended up earning much less money because I told everybody. Always report when physicians do that to you- it happens all the time and never pay a medical bill in this country because all those bills are fraudulent. I know because I worked in the medical field. Don't go to Dr Kristappa Sangavaram because besides that he doesn't do anything that will help you. He's strictly just works with botox and steroid blockers. He will try to shame you if you take pain meds. He calls your family members and gossips to your family members about you before he bills you. Remember: Always report these doctors to every appropriate agency and always name and shame them. This happens all the time in the United States. Only in 11 US states is it not permitted for a physician to over-bill you. In all the other 39 US states they are allowed but you must not pay it. I told you I worked in the medical field in this country.

Jacob Maxwell DO, OR

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr. Jacob Maxwell is the best! He spoke with me prior to surgery to explain the type of anesthesia he would be using and how it would work. He ended by telling me that he would "take good care of me during surgery" which gave me complete confidence in him and set me at ease about my upcoming surgery. He also spoke to me in the OR and assured me again that he would "take good care of me in surgery". I liked him VERY much and trusted him implicitly. I would recommend him without hesitation. As a matter of fact, I have another surgery coming up soon and I will request Dr. Maxwell.

Jane Bridges, 700 Willow Street #200, Vincennes, IN, 47591

Rating: 1 out of 5.

She was the rudest person I have ever met. She told me I was not telling her the truth about my condition and I was floored. I had no reason to lie about it. They also do not return phone calls. You spend two hours listening to a nurse practitioner and then 1 minute with a doctor who just spews instults. They stress how important her time is and how you should do exactly what she says as it is a matter of life or death but when you are having trouble a nurse cannot return a call. If they were so worried about their patient's health, they would return calls. I was so upset when I left I had to sit in my car for 20 minutes to calm down. I would not recommend this physician or office to anyone. I would rate her a zero but it would not let you.

Dr. Robert Kelly, DO, 700 Horizon Dr #206, Chalfont, PA, 18914

Rating: 5 out of 5.

My husband has seen Dr. Robert Kelly for 18+ months now. He has been extremely helpful to us. My husband has tried many treatments with varied success but Dr. Kelly is always encouraging and takes the time to listen. I liked him so much I now see him myself. Dr. Kelly is a caring and compassionate provider who is also talented and offers a wide range of treatment options. My long-time family physician (+30 years) recommended him to us and I had the highest respect and trust in my physician. He wasn't wrong. I recommend him to you and to everyone I know.
