Rating: 1 out of 5.

His office charged me $460 for a Ossus brand pneumatic boot that sells on Amazon for $40.00! I called to ask for an adjustment and of course was told "no, I had signed a paper in his office accepting the boot and its price." Well that makes it all better now doesn't it! I told the receptionist they should be ashamed and she asks me "what? I should quit my job because we overcharged you for a boot?" No girl- stay where you are-your attitude and charm are perfect for that office. Having no integrity seems to work for all! And we wonder why healthcare is so messed up?

John r tannrr, 18431N 91st ave, Peoria, AZ

Rating: 1 out of 5.

This was THE RUDEST STAFF OF people I have ever experienced. If you are new to the area like we were ...AVOID this Eye Doctor office. Anna was the rudest, attitude about my insurance which we proved her to be WRONG. Very incompetent lady who was very rude to me. I shared this with Doctor Tanner and he could of cared less!!! He has no people skills whatsoever either!!! Avoid this place called Eye Tech in Peoria , AZ. A doctor Morgan is in there too. It was a simple appointment that took 1 1/2 hours and my eyes are almost perfect!!!! RED FLAG.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! It's also outdated as far as the chairs and decor inside, bathroom was dirty too!!!! Wow, my husband and I will never go back and recommend you don't either!!!! Kristy Forbs

Robert E. Tonsing, 1925 E. Orman Ave., Pueblo, CO

Rating: 1 out of 5.

This doctor thinks he can disrespect his patients when no one is there and because he has authority over people. Nobody has a right to do this no matter what your job is, that is evil. When I was a teenager he prescribed me medicine which gave me life threatening side effects for years. He didn't tell me I didn't have to take it, he tried to keep me on it on purpose. I didn't know any better so I kept taking it. I still have problems to this day. When I asked for extra guidance in any way he would often get hostile and argue with me out of nowhere. He never apologized or showed any sorrow for his actions so I assume he doesn't care about his patients.

John E Stavrakus, 102 Sum Mor Dr, West Columbia, SC

Rating: 5 out of 5.

I went to Dr. Stavrakus for numbness in both feet. He recommended that I take Motor NCS and sensory EMG test which uses electrical shock testing waveforms. On my next visit I was under the impression that I would be talking to Dr. Stavrakus about the results of my tests. To my surprise I did not see the doctor but instead was put into a room with two young ladies. They suggested to me several shots in each ankle one or two times a week for 5 to 10 weeks called nerve blocks, which consists of shots of dextrose (corn syrup and water). They had a cart with the shots and ready to go.This was to "Relive my pain". I never told anyone on Vitalaty Medical staff that I had any pain. I have numbness in both feet which has no pain. I am also a diabetic and I think sugar water may be a bad thing for me. These injections are very expensive and are not covered by my insurance. After conferring with my family doctor, my opinion on Prolotherapy/Nerve Blocks is that it's a controversial form of therapy, and Vitality Medical try's to push it. I am sure glad I checked out Vitality Medical on line before I let them talk me into the shots. There was also some startling information about Dr. John Stavrakus on line when I did some research.Patient/ Buyer beware!
