Dr. Nguyen explained to me why my gallbladder was causing me pain, and what process he would use to remove it. He also explained the risks, side-effects, and recovery process. The day of the surgery he came by to check in with me before I went to the anesthesiologist. Surgery went perfectly with no problems.
