I believe Dr. Fernandes literally saved my life. She is the best physician I have ever encountered. I am a health care professional and have never seen a more passionate and compassionate person as well as cardiologist. She takes whatever time is required to make sure that not only your medical needs are addressed but to make sure you are both on the same page about treatment plans, Rx, etc. Is it more important to have a great doctor who will fix your health or one that blows off anything that is not on THEIR agenda? Good care takes time and it also takes cooperation between patient and physician. I would recommend her (and have) to my own children and friends.

Dr (Kristappa) Sangavaram, 303 Molnar Drive, Elmwood Park, NJ, 07407
Dr Kristappa Sangavaram, MD double charged me $1,000. He charged me and my medical insurance company for the same injection of a steroid. Sometimes he uses the last name "Sangdidram", other times he uses the last name "Sangavarian" and other times he uses the last name "Sangavaram". He told me not to tell the other anesthesiologists but I did and I told the insurance company. Even his ex-partner told me "I know what Dr Sangavaram did to you...I know the story" and that's why he was told to leave and he had to go to a smaller place and he makes less money thanks to me because I told everyone. I spoke to him and he didn't know I told on him and he started trash talking his previous partners. In a way I won because he ended up earning much less money because I told everybody. Always report when physicians do that to you- it happens all the time and never pay a medical bill in this country because all those bills are fraudulent. I know because I worked in the medical field. Don't go to Dr Kristappa Sangavaram because besides that he doesn't do anything that will help you. He's strictly just works with botox and steroid blockers. He will try to shame you if you take pain meds. He calls your family members and gossips to your family members about you before he bills you. Remember: Always report these doctors to every appropriate agency and always name and shame them. This happens all the time in the United States. Only in 11 US states is it not permitted for a physician to over-bill you. In all the other 39 US states they are allowed but you must not pay it. I told you I worked in the medical field in this country.

Dr.Ciambotti is a very good doctor I have been using him for about 20 years maybe longer ,He explains everything he going to do and why and in away that you totally understand it. He or someone from his office will get back to you if need be to go over your procedure ,he also will go over the results of your procedure that day before you leave .He listens to what you say so that he can get a better idea as to what maybe wrong with and he is a very nice person. I had intractable right hip pain mostly due to compensating for right knee which is facing replacement . Today I had an injection into my hip joint via guided Ultrasound by Dr. Gonzalez. I am pain free and able to walk, sit to drive and bend forward. I can’t wait to do yoga again ( not today) !! There was no pain with the injection. Dr Gonzalez maintained professionalism in explaining what to expect at my consultation appointment, realistic expectations of pain relief, and also today during the procedure. His assistant Tiffany was helpful in distracting me by keeping me focused on a topic that I had mentioned. I’m thrilled. And I’m a tough consumer because I’m a practicing nurse!!! Orthopedic Institute is my go to for every orthopedic issue I have. :).

Then make appointment with lenka stankova ask any veteran for the butcher and they will point you in the right direction. I bet you 1 cowboy hat and a pair of Texas Boot's our doctor is worse then yours. Just follow the scars you will find here. p.s make sure your insurance is paid in FULL. I have been a patient of Dr. Greenstein since the early 1990's. I have ALWAYS found him to be a very caring physician. He has continued to exhibit an extremely professional manner through the years, while maintaining a sincere and genuine interest in my health as well as my family's health and well being. He has on numerous occasions CORRECTLY diagnosed various health concerns and proceeded with appropriate advice or treatment. Further more, EVERGREEN MEDICAL CENTER Staff (especially Lori) is professional, friendly and courteous who show their concern for the patient's health. I never feel rushed or insignificant when calling or visiting this office. I do not EVER hesitate to recommend Dr. Greenstein to anyone in need of a medical recommendation.

I was led step by step through the sedation process. I went out no struggle nor complication. The continued verbal conversation and physical presence was comforting and helpful. I was very pleased how my nausea and pain was treated before and after surgery. No after surgery throwing up and pain control was pleased. Thank you
