Mark A. Cepela, 2865 Chancellor drive, Crestview Hills, KY
Dr. Cepela is a most professional and excellent physician. The elderly gentleman for whom I care and I have both had eyelid surgery by Dr. Cepela, and we are both extremely happy with his work. I will return if the need arises for any other surgery, as I am completely at ease with him. His office staff and assistants are great as well. I truly highly, highly recommend Dr. Cepella.

Dr. Mark Tsai, 18350 ROSCOE BLVD Northridge, CA, United States 91325, Northridge, CA
Never seen a doctor so conscientious and enthusiastic in helping patients to understand the nature of a medical problem with all its possible ramifications and treatment alternatives. Dr. Tsai impressed me as a distinguished professor while functioning as a wonderful physician. His warmth, compassion and bedside manners are equally commendable

office, DR. Rangram Chandran, Modesto, CA
As caregiver for my 97 year old mother, naturally I'm concerned with the best health care possible. Dr. Chandran and his entire staff are professional, caring, and do an outstanding job in dealing and caring for older patients. Dr. Chandran is thorough, and fantastic with his explanations of where we are with care and what we are doing to maintain my mothers vision. Her macular degeneration is being kept stable as a result of his efforts. The entire level of "customer service" in this office is outstanding, both from Dr. Chandran and his staff.

At Dominic, Mark Valverde, MD, Jackson, MS
Mark Valverde, former Psychiatrist at St Domic hospital in Jackson, MS will not 1. Look his patients in the eyes or call them by name, even when the patient asks that he do so. When the patient was in the inpatient area of the hospital, the nurses were unable to reach Dr Valverde by phone or beepers when he was needed for emergencies. The staff appeared to be scared of him. He would not reply when a patient was in distress. Dr Valverde is a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists are supposed to look at their patients in the eye and offer understanding. He was unable to connect with his patients. It was a shame he was chosen to work with the most vulnerable of patients. I left with the lowest opinion of his communication skills, his lack of compassion and he had an air of being better than others. His choice to not respond to calls from staff calls was malpractice. Dr Valverde would not look the patients in the eyes. It may behoove him to work in a lab or do research. Psychiatry must encompass compassion. Dr Valverde had no compassion.

mark shapiro, 10 medical dr port jefferson station ny
Dr Shapiro is a good doctor, but his office staff is an entirely different story. His insurance girl Jodie is absolutely rude, arrogant and has the compassion of a rattlesnake!!!!! The front desk girl Anna isn’t much better!!! This is a total reflection on this doctor’s practice. These girls need to find a different job. People who are sick or in pain need compassionate professionals to assist them. Shame on him. Will find another doctor fast!!!!
