Dr. Goldberg Steven, Prohealth, New Hyde park, NY

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I would not recommend Dr. Goldberg Steven. He is not a good doctor. Rushes through without paying attention to details.

Rosenthal, 201 E 15 at, New York, NY, 10003

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr. Rosenthal, has been my neurologist for over 9 years, he is the best and most compassionate doctor. Prior to becoming Dr.Rosenthal’s patient my migraines where being treated with epilepsy medicine and other unorthodox medications causing horrible symptoms. His dedication and commitment to my well-being changed that and my migraines where now under control, allowing me to get back to my regular life. However a few years later I was diagnosed with a prolactinoma brain tumor, and the GYN that informed me of my diagnosis was not only crude but uncaring informing me that I would have to follow up with a Endocrinologist but there was no vacancy until 5 months after the diagnosis. I once again visite Dr.Rosenthal and within 48 hours of my visit he was able to secure an appointment with an ENDO and my road to recovery began. Last month I visited Dr. Rosenthal once again because of weird and debilitating headaches that blurred my vision. He once again took it upon himself to communicate, research, and help me get better. I’m still under his treatment but extremely confident that I will overcome this recent hurdle. If you are looking for the best neurologist in the tri state area look no further Dr. Rosenthal is the best!!!!

Deborah White, Saint Joseph, MO

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I have been trying to figure out my diabetes for years. At first, I believed she was a great doctor, but as I'm wanting different options, I'm starting to doubt her. What she says in person versus what she writes in clinical notes don't match. She doesn't accurately portray my desires and concerns in her notes either, which makes me seem like a stupid, uneducated patient. She writes that she suggested a treatment but never mentioned said treatment to me verbally. She failed to list reasons for requesting medication changes. It feels like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde situation. I've considered recording conversations so that future doctors will know the truth versus what's in my records. I have messaged her and her supervising MD regarding my concerns. If they are addressed properly, I will gladly change my rating and review. If not, I will be finding a new primary care doctor for both my daughter and I.

Marcella Aquino, 120 Mineola Blvd. #410, Mineola, NY

Rating: 5 out of 5.

After many pneumonias and several hospitalizations Dr. Aquino found that I had an immune disorder that no other doctor was able to detect. I really believe that Dr. Aquino saved my life. She is very caring and takes her time to listen during your visit. She is just wonderful!

Hegedus, 30 Central Park South, New York, NY

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Had a 10:00 AM appointment and made the mistake of arriving 15 minutes early (first time there so I knew there would be history to write). Was told the office wasn't open yet and was made to stand in the hall outside the door for 20 minutes -- this with extremely painful arthritis in my hips, knowing the whole time that there was an empty waiting room on the other side of the door, and forms to be filled out. When they finally let me, and the others who arrived early in, I cancelled on the spot. Such a lack of understanding of the patient experience, and the inhospitable discourtesy to deny patients access to comfortable seating (there are none in the cramped hallway outside the door) bespeaks an utter lack of empathy which for me rules this oral surgeon out.

Dr. Charles V. Toman, 7301A West Palmetto Park Road, Ste. 100B, Boca Raton, FL

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr. Toman is an orthopedic surgeon who cares about his patients. The first surgery that he performed on me was a 2nd revision of one of my hips that another surgeon said was not possible. Dr. Toman had an MRI done and agreed to perform the surgery knowing that I had torn tendons as well as the need for a lining replacement of the socket joint. He took care of both problems as well as finding that I had fractured one of the large bones as well. I am now able to walk almost painless and without a limp. 5 months later it was found that due to my osteoarthritis I needed a shoulder replacement as well as repair of my rotator cuff and two tendons which were torn as well. I went back to Dr. Toman and he repaired this as well. I am able to use my arm, better than anyone thought after only 3 months. He is very talented, caring and professional and a miracle worker. His staff from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the PA and technicians make one feel at ease and very special.

Manin, Old York Road and Montgomery, Elkins Park, PA

Rating: 1 out of 5.

He handles patients roughly. He displays a remarkable stupidity in not being able to think outside of the medical model, He is intimidating by his show of egotistical indifference to your medical condition and does not follow up or humanely explain your prognosis He is Dr. Death.
