Michael Rumple, Roanoke, IN

Rating: 1 out of 5.

He just started in Amy Welker practice. I love her and expect the same quality care from him. I had to see him because Amy Welker was out. He preformed a pelvic exam on me and was judgemental through the entire process. Rather than asking how many partners I have he said "so is this like you're just enjoying your 20s and have multiple partners?" He also kept telling me it should be "wakeup call" he had no empathy and was giving me judgemental looks the entire time. Rude. Rude. Rude. I hope he does not stay with Welker.

I just wanna say that Dr.Wayne Brackenrich is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He has a great bedside manner and takes great care of me. He’s great at explaining everything to me and he’s very knowledgeable and always gets back to me in a timely manner for lab or x-ray results and he takes his time with me at my appointments. Best doctor I’ve ever had and I appreciate him very much.

Dr. Michael Kowalczyk, 3960 Patient Care Dr., Lansing, MI, 48911

Rating: 1 out of 5.

PATIENTS BEWARE— 10+ YEARS! DRS. NO ETHICS/PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING STAFF & DRS. BEWARE—10+ YEARS!DRS. NO ETHICS etc., INCLUDING STAFF & DRS. Dr. E. Wheeler & all 3 owning Drs. after 10+ yrs. of care, just dropped me b/C her receptionist of 20 yrs lied when I explained to her the steps I was ordered to follow by my Dr. to protect me from CV-19 exposure b/c MI Law, required me to personally pick up a script at the Dr. office.Receptionist didn't like to deviate normal protocol, thus retaliated against me & lied. No disrespect etc. on my part. The Dr. dropped me & never investigated or fired receptionist for lying. No other reason. This same incident happened twice--again at time of next refill. Unfortunately I didn't report 1st incident at the time. One of their own patients was a witness.I have no recourse but to lose my Dr. I'm 65 years old & the Drs. policy is if a patient is dropped, no other Dr. in the huge practice will see you--blackballed. I know they didn't investigate b/c I had witnesses both issues. She/they never tried to contact me--just mailed a letter. Office Mngr believed. She offered to put me with a Nurse Practitioner. I have complex med. issues & need someone with more extensive knowledge & practice time. Office itself has issues otherwise. Can't recommend. They were 100%UNPROFESSIONAL, INHUMANE, UNETHICAL when most needed. My doctor knows me better than to have believed I would do anything out-of-line or disrespectful. All this & NO DOCTOR during a worldwide Pandemic. Unbelievable from beginning to end of this nightmare. After all these years they didn't give me the common curtsey to ask me what happened, as ‘their patient’. I never owed even $1 to the practice—ever. The 3 Dr.s that own the practice are also aware there is ‘a situation’, but know nothing of the truth. They won't take time to learn the truth or deal with their responsibIlity. They need to be reminded that their first obligation to their patients is to 'Do No Harm...' It never crossed my mind that they would need to be taught to 'CAUSE No Harm'. PATIENTS BEWARE.

Michael Duben, Fairfield, CT

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I just left Dr. Duben office during the Covid-19 pandemic. Upon entering my temperature was not taken, I wasn't asked about any recent travels nor any symptoms I might be experiencing. I was waved off when asking if temperature checks were a requirement. Chairs in the tiny waiting room were not socially distant and were in fact exactly the same as they were pre-covid. I have reported this to the State and local health departments.

Dr. Rosebel Monteiro, MD, 602 South Audubon Ave Ste A, Tampa, FL, 33609

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr. Monteiro performed an outpatient surgery on me on November 15, 2019. The surgery was very successful after my follow-up on November 27, 2019. Dr. Monteiro is a true professional in the surgical/medical field. Her staff is top of the line professionals who really took care of me during my office visits. Most importantly, Dr. Monteiro called me personally after my surgery to check on me, this was outstanding after care/professional service. Meanwhile, I high recommend Dr. Monteiro to anyone with referrals or surgical needs. Michael Dozier A satisfied client/patient November 27, 2019

Rating: 1 out of 5.

His PA, Michael Courtney was completely incompetent and not at all a problem solver. The problem was easily fixed by another Doctor in a very low risk manner. I had my medical records available online... he said it was not his job to see them. Charged $250 and I lost a day at work to waste my time. Not recommended. No respect and does not seem to care. Dr. Michael Herion, 1500 S. Dobson Road, MESA, AZ, 85202

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Congratulations Dr. Michael Harion & Dr. Matthew Hammond on opening your new "STATE OF THE ART" practice. Those of you that follow me know I have been using Dr. Herion for years. I was with him when he was at another practice and now he has spread his wings and flown across town to Dobson and the 60 freeway. A new, easier to access location right next to Banner Hospital. I have been a Cameraman / Photographer my whole life. My sight is my business so I must trust my vision to someone who is duly qualified and explains all procedures before moving ahead. The man has no ego to satisfy. His only satisfaction is a happy patient with good vision. It is because of this that I take my entire family to him and have recommended 5 patients who now use him and have also followed him from the other practice. Why would anyone want to lose such a gem? Today was the first day visiting his new office with my family. As always it was an enjoyable, pleasant experience. With his state of the are equipment in most cases you will not have to deal with those annoying drops that sting and dilate your eyes. Everything is electronic. Since the office is new and there were not a lot of patients I was able to take these photos with the office staff and of my families exam with some of the new equipment. I was impressed. You will be also. Give them a try. You won't be sorry you did.
