Blatant Disregard Nov 6, 2018 I have never in all my 37 1/2 years of constant pain have I ever been treated so poorly with such cold blatant disregard. He said he would help he had no intention of helping. Far more interested in getting me there for 3 appointments and collect his fees he prescribed the incorrect amount of medication that I have been taking this is a reduced dose that is matter of record and can be verified. Dr Tapia is self center I think the term is self verified. He was far more interested in implanting a pain device, at a high fee I would guess. Upon learning that I have hypersensitive nerve endings I could not use his device he did not prescribe the remaining amount in a partial script as promised. He made me wait 5 days dodging my calls leaving me on hold for 39 minutes disconnected the call, I called back a 15 minute return call was I promised they would return my call after talking to the doctor they never returned the call. I asked if he was not going to prescribe as promised please tell me now, 2 calls later the office finally admitted he was not going to prescribe as promised on Oct 24, now on Nov 6th after 5 days of calling and waiting they could have told me sooner I could have seen another doctor in that time and not run out of medication. I did get appointment in 3 days with a new doctor but I'm out of medication upset in more pain from this experience. 9 back surgeries both hips replaced, my knee was damaged with hip replacement, shoulder pain and more. This man could care less how much pain I am in, He never examined me didn't even look. The office twisted my words as if this was my fault that I didn't understand I'm not foolish. WARNING: I do NOT recommend this doctor! He took $23,000.00 from me to cap my teeth and within 16 months I had issues. He said in writing in a text, he had no idea what was wrong. Several years later I have lost all my top teeth and need DENTURES! He now says I should have come back for a cleaning, yet he cleaned my teeth when I was there and it is a 5-10 hour drive to his office. I have my teeth cleaned every three months by a periodontist 10 minutes away. Three dentist, an internist, an oral surgeon and periodontist who I all see regularly, all agree the work should not have been done and big errors were made. “Holistic Dentistry,” that Mr. Edwards advertises, is NOT recognized by the American Dental Society and now I know why! ….BE CAREFUL.

Dr. Toman is an orthopedic surgeon who cares about his patients. The first surgery that he performed on me was a 2nd revision of one of my hips that another surgeon said was not possible. Dr. Toman had an MRI done and agreed to perform the surgery knowing that I had torn tendons as well as the need for a lining replacement of the socket joint. He took care of both problems as well as finding that I had fractured one of the large bones as well. I am now able to walk almost painless and without a limp. 5 months later it was found that due to my osteoarthritis I needed a shoulder replacement as well as repair of my rotator cuff and two tendons which were torn as well. I went back to Dr. Toman and he repaired this as well. I am able to use my arm, better than anyone thought after only 3 months. He is very talented, caring and professional and a miracle worker. His staff from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the PA and technicians make one feel at ease and very special.

I was told I needed to have my crown removed due to some type of inflammation tin the back of it. An impression was taken, the crown was drilled off. The Dr checked the area out. No filling was made. Another impression was taken. A temporary was placed over it, until the new crown comes in. My original crown wasn't broken. What was the purpose of this procedure,

Unprofessional, hostile, anxiety elevated-Chaos arrival patients streaming in. Staff demanding full Social Security # threatening full $200 payment when insurance already verified & refusing patient Dr Visit Summary without a fee. Privacy issues files stacked top file cabinets. Dr racing new patient to office while introducing herself. Dr prescribing meds every 2 weeks/dr visit every 2 weeks & prescribing new med with patient withdrawing from old. In-house Therapist overbooked. Beware Grievance Policy not available.
