camille, 707 east main street, middletown, NY
Ref Dr. IRVELYNE J. CAMILLE In 40 years of going to a gynecologist I never had a bad exam or experience until now. Dr. Irvelyne Camille said I had herpes without even requesting a blood test which is the ONLY way to confirm that you have herpes. I am 65 and been married over 28 years. Then she took a so-called sample (again – the only way to know for sure you have herpes is through a blood test) and she left me sore for over a week. To not trust this doctor at Orange Regional Medical Center in Middletown, NY.

John J. McGuigan, 844 Kempsville Rd., Ste 104, Norfolk, VA, 23502
I found a new provider. I’ll no longer be seen by Dr. McGuigan /Sentara Hand Surgery Center. Dr. McGuigan spoke to me like I was ignorant. Constant replies of “I do not understand what you are asking.” when there was no way to not understand. He was very rude. I even drew pictures to get him to answer my questions. He still replied with “I do not understand what you are asking.”. I have memory issues. So he kept repeating the medical terminology when I asked if a miracle occurred and my nail began to grow from the “nail matrix”, would it be able to attach to the nail bed and be able to grow out. He kept repeating “germinal nail matrix”. I said ok, will it grown and be able to attach to the nail bed? He said “I don’t understand your question.” What???? I drew a picture from a side view. He still couldn’t understand my question. There is no way he couldn’t. He finally said, “your nail will never grow. There is no germinal nail matrix left.” My nail is now over an 1/8” longer than it was at the time of the accident. It’s been 7 weeks. I wouldn’t go to him because he’s rude. I would give him credit for his knowledge, if he would share it and not be like Fort Knox with it, but share it. Be kind to your patients. They appreciate that. Also don’t keep implying that they are ignorant by constantly correcting their medical terminology. We’ve not been to med school. If we point and say, right here where the nail grows out of at its very point of growth, don’t keep repeating “germinal nail matrix”. That’s rude. Answer their questions instead. Be kind. Don’t imply that they intentionally caused the accident by calling it self inflicted. If you hear someone committed suicide, they call that self inflicted implying an intentional act. Accidents happen. I tend to think he was treating me this way, because he thought the accident was caused by stupidity. FYI, accidents do happen. Please treat your patients kind. The accident was traumatic enough without you adding insult to injury.

Duke University Medical Center, James Keith DeOrio, Durham, NC
I had been told by many doctors that I should not have an ankle replacement because this procedure had not been perfected yet, was very risky, and at the very least, there would be more pain after the surgery than before . Finally, the pain got so bad I had to do something. My wife finally convinced me that I should at least talk directly to a doctor who had actually performed this surgery, rather than one who had only second-hand informatiion. We went on line and found Dr. DeOrio who has had vast experience performing ankle replacements at the Duke University Medical Center. . After that one meeting with Dr. DeOrio, we wondered why we hadn't met with him sooner. He was easy to talk to, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. After a thorough examination of my ankle, he said he felt that the surgery would not be a problem. I was surprised at the level of confidence that I felt after speaking with him. As a matter of fact, we were so impressed with Dr. DeOrio and his entire staff that we asked him to schedule my surgery as soon as possible. The surgery went perfectly. I received great care. There was almost no pain. As a matter of fact, to this day I have not suffered any significant pain. Dr. DeOrio has impressed both my wife and me more that any other doctor we have ever met. We think of him as a friend as much as a doctor.

Florida Hand Center, Dr. Stephen L. Helgemo, Jr, Fort Myers, FL
I was sent to Dr Helgemo for a workers comp. injury. He has no people skills. After doing surgery he snapped "That's impossible" when I tried to tell him the finger wouldn't bend. He ignored 2 Physical Therapist recommendations that I needed a silver ring splint. He refused my begging for a silver ring splint, stating it was an unnecessary expense for the insurance. After a year of suffering with the finger not bending, and after writing my attorney complaining about Dr. Helgemo I was ordered to return to him. He had obviously heard of my complaints. He actually listened and examined hand. He 'suddenly' found that a slight pressure at the base of the finger would allow me to consistently bend it. He recommended I buy myself a regular ring and wear it. After a year of suffering I now have partial use of the finger. I strongly recommend against ever using this doctor. [

Dr. Arfan Din, 2020 Sutter Place, Davis, CA, 95616
Dr. Arfan Din cornered me in an exam room and forced me to consent to a highly invasive elective medical procedure that I didn't want to have. I felt frightened and violated as if I didn't have the right to make executive decisions about my own body. When I posted about my disturbing experience with Dr. Din on social media, he made threats against my employment and tried to sue me in an attempt to intimidate me into silence. I am a cancer patient. Dr. Din is a dangerous and vindictive doctor who will stop at nothing to have the upper hand when his patients fight back against his inappropriate behavior.

robert uslander, San Diego, CA
When you meet Uslander he has an agenda of selling his services. This is quite apparent but if you want it, then this is good. Then comes the upsell! He sells you on duplication of hospice care that you don't need to pay $ 2000.00 a month for, and then the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. After we discontinued this service, things or communication was a lot better and cheaper. He will tell you they are the best at Palliative care. Our experience that is not true! Hospice was. He seems to be all about the money!
