Office mixed up 2 of my 3 appointments. Last appointment was 30 minutes past scheduled time. When I was put in the room, I was immediately taken back out to the waiting room. They admitted that they were mixed up as to what procedure I was to be given. When I asked how much longer I would be waiting, I was told at least another 15 minutes. Then they wanted to reschedule me for the following day. Very unprofessional

Ordered 3 crunchy ta is 2 cheesy roll ups and 1 buffalo chicken naco fries burrito. I did not get the burrito. I got home and it wasnt there. This is the second day in a row at the same location that they forgot items in my order. I let it go yesterday but today I have to say something. I shouldn't have to drive back and I should be able to trust my order is correct sin e I was the only car in the drive thru at the time. It was order number 341897.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla, one beef supreme burrito and six crunchy tacos, with the extra cheese option for the tacos. The burrito turned into a supreme taco with sour cream and the tacos had about half the NORMAL amount of cheese. This has happened before here. Next time I’ll try victors in XENIA.
