Jan L Brandes, 300 20th Ave. N. # 106, Nashville, TN

Rating: 1 out of 5.

They seem to have extreme difficulty managing time and they seem very insensitive and callous. I am an established patient and my wait time are hours. Just this past December at waited appox. 2.5 hours and when the nurse finally came in the patient room in the back she said the wait could still be an hour or more and I'm an established patient. I told the staff I couldn't wait any longer I was in too much pain, headaches and especially, having had several recent surgeries. So, I had to leave. Now, turned around an immediately billed be for a "No Show" of $50 dollars. I spoke with the billing department see real times and explined tge situation but the collection activities persist. What reasonable, caring, fair-minded physician's office would persist in such persecution after putting me through what they did. Just aweful!

Dinger

Rating: 1 out of 5.

an hour ago 24 minutes ago The staff was so rude and uncaring l will never go back. Receptionist would not give me her name. They don’t answer phones or return call. I could not even cancel. I had to drive all the way there just to speak with rude staffers. It was three females that could give a crap a about his patients. I asked if he had voicemail they gave me noway to talk to Dr Dinger scared l guess they didn’t want him to find out how rude and uncaring they are. I liked the Dr. to bad his rude staff lost a patient. There are allot of pain places in Boerne l would choose any of them but Dr Dinger.

Christopher Eversen, 10000 No. Main St, Richfield, UT

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Don't trust him with your medication. I told this dr. in E.R. not to give me *** or propofol and in E.R. I was given 3 I.V. doses of *** in E.R., then in surgery suit prior to surgery medication cocktail was discussed with me naming nerve block, anti-emetic, & Versed. But during surgery my now owned hospital records show 4 times the *** was pushed into me during surgery! Liar! He was told by me and I had two friends as witnesses next to me in E.R. that I did not want any ***, not to use it on me. I had a broken bone, was uncomfortable , but no way needed that narcotic the industry likes to push on people. I've had 7 children, that is painful and a narcotic like *** is not given for childbirth. How dare this Eversen D.O. presume that as an elderly female I was to be ignored. Patients have no rights, no matter what federal laws are passed for patient rights, in hospitals, but doctors do as they damn well please to you putting poisons you do not want by force into you. Hospitals kill people, are probably worse to be confined in than prisons.

At Dominic, Mark Valverde, MD, Jackson, MS

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Mark Valverde, former Psychiatrist at St Domic hospital in Jackson, MS will not 1. Look his patients in the eyes or call them by name, even when the patient asks that he do so. When the patient was in the inpatient area of the hospital, the nurses were unable to reach Dr Valverde by phone or beepers when he was needed for emergencies. The staff appeared to be scared of him. He would not reply when a patient was in distress. Dr Valverde is a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists are supposed to look at their patients in the eye and offer understanding. He was unable to connect with his patients. It was a shame he was chosen to work with the most vulnerable of patients. I left with the lowest opinion of his communication skills, his lack of compassion and he had an air of being better than others. His choice to not respond to calls from staff calls was malpractice. Dr Valverde would not look the patients in the eyes. It may behoove him to work in a lab or do research. Psychiatry must encompass compassion. Dr Valverde had no compassion.

St Vincent's, Dr. Rho Zhu, Birmingham

Rating: 1 out of 5.

He misrepresents himself by claiming to be a neurologist when he's actually an internist-and it shows. He can barely speak English and he's been practicing for 4 years. His responses consist of "hmmmmm", regardless of what you've said or asked. It seems like he has an alcohol or drug problem because he is not completely coherent and is very forgetful. He misdiagnosed me and it almost cost me my life. While I was in the hospital he constantly criticized my PCP (which is totally unprofessional and ridiculous) when my PCP was the one who actually discovered and treated the problem upon discharge. Stay away from "Dr." Zhu. He is a complete disgrace to St Vincent's and everything they claim to stay for and support. Disgusted and disappointed-I'll never go back to St Vincent's because of his gross negligence and failure to follow the standard of care.
