Jessica does an amazing job at going above her duties for customers. Very friendly and great customer service from all the employees. Food is always fresh and hot. The beloit location is best taco bell in the rockford illinois to janesville area..

Quite possibly the rudest most unprofessional staff in any hotel in America. Yes, it is that bad. My room was a mess when I checked in. They acted like they were doing me a favor by picking up a few things. I had to call 4 times to get them to bring towels and soap. And on day 2, when they cleaned my room they went through my luggage and left my door slightly open, which means it wasn't locked. Who knows what could have happened. They should be more sensitive to hygiene and security these days...I'm a woman with an immune deficiency.
