Beware of customer service! Dr. Roka is a wonderful doctor, if you get to see him. The majority of appointments are with PA. Phone lines are usually busy, per office manager, Daniel. That being said don't be surprised if your call is directed to Time Warner or you do not receive an answer or call back. Most phone calls you are put on hold for at least 20 minutes, yes 20 mins. I timed it. This is very frustrating for patients. I don't usually write reviews but it took me and my pharmacy almost 2 weeks to get a prescription refilled.

I know there a lot of people bashing on Molly Cain, but she has not worked at Tech Wildcatters since 2013. Ricky Tejapaibul has been running it since then. He refused to hire Molly back. His decision set Tech Wildcatters on a path of destruction. They moved offices every year when the lease payments were due. They have closed their doors in their only location, Dallas. Ricky ran off every investor and has been unable to raise a fund. Not a single fund. He brought back Gabriella Zielke, but she lost interest in Ricky. Besides, all of the old investors were after her for scamming them. So Ricky is in charge of classes that are free. Even with free food, no one really attends except his friends and Indian call center scammers like Saif Naveed. What a great face to put on the Dallas startup scene. NOT!

Dr. Toledo is a wonderful surgeon who cares deeply about his patients. Sounds like something you would look for right? Well I thought so too, but after losing Everything because of an upset and obsessed doctor I’ll think again. Where should I begin? Well he operated on me and I became very close to him and his staff. I even referred him business. I felt apart of his family. Well until a member of it lied and betrayed me because they were ashamed of something that’s not my fault. This was so long ago and you would think they would be over it. No ! Anytime they get a chance to mess with me they will. They are so concerned about everyone’s crimes and wrong doing ( Eryn the former office manager) isn’t it a crime to stalk and harass a dying person? Well typically I would feel intimidated to share my truth but Santa ? Gave me the gift of gab. He gave me a birdie that gave me strength and lots of information that validates everything I knew. So here’s my gift to you . ‘‘Twas the night before Christmas ? and all through the house. Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse. There were no stockings hung on the chimney, no one who cared because the Toledo family wasn’t together finally someone who dared to share.
