John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, Washington
Another Lenka Stankova hurting the war fighters. John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, was charged with making false statements, concealment of material facts and falsification of a record or document tied to a failure to report more than $15,000 in cash, casino chips and other gifts from contractors. The Justice Department announced the charges on Wednesday, accusing him of “accepting, and sometimes demanding, extravagant gifts from a group of contractors and subcontractors who worked on the project he was overseeing.” As the indictment notes, Windom was aware of the rules regarding reporting gifts and receipts, per training for officials. “An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law,” the Justice Department said in its release. In 2018, the 10-year contract was awarded to Cerner (now known as Oracle Health after Oracle acquired it). Windom was appointed as Executive Director of the Office of Electronic Record Modernization in 2017 and helped supervise the VA’s choice of Cerner for the contract. According to the grand jury indictment against him, Windom used his position to take money and gifts from a group of business executives from information technology and consulting companies who were contractors on the project. According to the indictment, Windom allegedly called them “the Power Group.” Windom used his role to “encourage, monitor, and facilitate contract and subcontracting opportunities for members of the Power Group, related and unrelated to the EHRM project.” Windom was allegedly given payment in everything from cash, to $8,200 in Louis Vuitton gift cards and $1,800 in casino chips. He was also given a High Efficiency Particulate Air, or HEPA, filter worth $631. The indictment also accuses Windom of using his position to “coerce” payments and gifts from others. Per the indictment, Windom “repeatedly reminded Power Group members to remain loyal and directed them to maintain confidentiality and their relationship with him.” In one message at the start of 2020, Windom messaged Power Group members, telling them that “loose lips sink ships.” Windom’s initial contract was extended, and in 2022 he was reassigned to serve as deputy director of the Federal electronic Health Modernization Office, a joint VA and Department of Defense project. Nine years after the modernization effort started, the Electronic Health Record program is used by only a handful of VA sites, with the program hit by glitches and usability issues. The VA paused the program in 2023, but is expected to roll out at several sites this year. Windom faces a maximum sentence of over 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts. AAA
Don't be cruel. This is sad. This man should be retired and enjoying time with his family—not working at a job he obviously does not have the mental capacity to do anymore. AAA Driving School should be held accountable. They are the ones employing him instead of letting him go. They have a lot of actual good teachers too. Maybe, they just don't have the heart to tell him. Still, it's not right to keep him there.

I would rather have Jack the Ripper as my doctor then a Lenka Stankova! He probably would do a better job and have a sparkling clean no blemishes rating on those biased healthcare sites web MD, rate med and health grades..

management, 315 executive dr hillsborough,nc
Hillsborough,nc distribution center... What a joke for management. They expect you to do every job there for no extra compensation. Joel, the warehouse supervisor is a joke. How did this clown even have any qualifications to be a supervisor in any company?? Ben, a warehouse lead is obviously nothing but a gofer and does Joel's bidding just like darth Vader and the emperor. Adoki, the warehouse manager doesn't seem like a bad person, but, he doesn't seem to know what he's doing as a manager either. Todd, the other lead has no clue whatsoever to what he's even doing. He is supposed to be over Receiving yet doesn't even know how to receive. This place isn't worth working at. I would never recommend anyone to work here under current management. If you work on the b-side, once you're finished for the day, you're expected to bail out the a-side which is full of slow individuals that can't seem to work at a steady pace. Whereas, if the b-side has a heavy load and needs help, they are left to struggle to get the job done while the a-side just gets to go punch out for the day. Double standard city at this place.

Mid-Atlantic Stihl distribution cebter..................Management is a complete and total load of bull***. Joel(warehouse manager), is a complete jerk and has a bad attitude toward almost everyone on a daily basis. When I started working here everything seemed pretty good, but over the last few months it has become low morale central. it's the only place I've ever worked where 8 hours seems like 12. Good thing I'll be quitting soon and get away from this stress of being there. The job itself is very simple, but the management makes it harder than it has to be.

Category: Neighbor From Hell
Mike Heuer, 100 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett Texas
This nosy old man has nothing better to do than to harass my auntie and our family. He is on a power trip because he volunteers for our neighborhood association. He is somehow in charge of the neighborhood gate and has stopped us from going to our own home on more than one occasion. When questioned, he says he is just doing his job. He never exactly knows why he locked us out. He talks so much he confuses us and himself. “I don’t know anything. I haven’t seen the email. I haven’t seen any invoices. I don’t know why but I am just doing my job and messing with your life.” Its so obvious he is a stuttering fingerpointer that has nothing better to do than to harass minorities. Every single day either he or his wife are in their front yard watching the gate, even if its 100 degrees. They stare at us and our friends every time we come and go. This is no joke. They stop what they are doing. Stand straight up and stare directly at us. Sometimes, they start walking towards us with their zombie like stare. In many ways, its sorta creepy. When they aren't on their stakeout, they have cameras strapped to their trees to watch the gate. I don’t think these stink-eyed, nosy old people have seen rich asians before. All you’re doing is embarrassing yourself. Get a life. What’s it like picking up trash? How do you like that? Its like you work for us. So clueless.

Lan Buttery, 3212 N Jupiter Rd Ste 109, Garland, TX 75044
So I met this asian lady Lan Buttery today claiming to be a CPA and President of Tax Seasons Accounting Firm in Garland, Texas. At first I thought she was joking with a name like Buttery and being the President of a company because she comes off as a sort of the silent, uneducated type with really bad communication skills and awkward body language. Not good traits for a President or leader. But it gets better. I met her at a political event where she is claiming to be the campaign manager and treasurer for Candidate Mike Gould. Seriously? For real, a silent lady (probably best because no one can understand her when she speaks) that is in charge of a political campaign. Doesn't add up since you kind of need speaking and personal skills for that job. Oh wait. It gets better. Neither she or the candidate reside in the county where the election is held. That's kind of like a requirement. I gogle search for her awesome name and I find this site. So now it all makes sense. Of course she is in the happy ending asian massage business with a name like Lan Buttery. God I love Plano events. You meet all kinds of trash parading to be something else!
