Instead of Che king w the doctor she just stands there telling you how wrong you are. Her goal is to make you feel like an idiot. She's the worse and make that office undesirable.

I decided to write this review regarding Dr. Craig Berry (endodontist) so as to warn everybody about his guy. In one short plain sentence-------He is one inconsiderate money grubbing fellow that is interested in one thing only ------namely making lots of money. The patient for him does not exist--- only how much money is involved for his service !! I went to hlm for a root canal and he urged me to get the authorization from my insurance company to allow him to go ahead with the work. It was not easy to do and took me four weeks and many phone calls to get it done (and that was working with his office too). Finally it came to me and I made an appointment to see him. I got to the office---- sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and then he calls me in to sit in the dental chair---- and asks me what he can do for me. I showed him the authorization for the root canal-- He looked at the x ray for 3 seconds--- never looked into my mouth and then said "I can't do anything for you" !!!!!! To say I was upset is an understatement !!!!--- I begged him to do the root canal and he got real angry---- the more I talked the angrier he got---- I even asked him if he could just clean out the cavity and not do the root canal--- just remove the cavity---- he did not not want to touch me. So I left the office in a rage---- To add "insult to injury" ---- before I had an opportunity to get further advice about the root canal, it got worse--- my face got swollen and I had to have the tooth extracted Thanks to this GUY. Immediately I understood that Dr. Berry was not happy with the money my insurance company was going to pay for his service. So why why did he make me go to all the trouble and come to his office (by car service because I have a disability and cant walk easily) and then sit for two hours---- all for nothing If you are looking for an endodontist----- this is one guy you want to avoid

PATIENTS BEWARE— 10+ YEARS! DRS. NO ETHICS/PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING STAFF & DRS. BEWARE—10+ YEARS!DRS. NO ETHICS etc., INCLUDING STAFF & DRS. Dr. E. Wheeler & all 3 owning Drs. after 10+ yrs. of care, just dropped me b/C her receptionist of 20 yrs lied when I explained to her the steps I was ordered to follow by my Dr. to protect me from CV-19 exposure b/c MI Law, required me to personally pick up a script at the Dr. office.Receptionist didn't like to deviate normal protocol, thus retaliated against me & lied. No disrespect etc. on my part. The Dr. dropped me & never investigated or fired receptionist for lying. No other reason. This same incident happened twice--again at time of next refill. Unfortunately I didn't report 1st incident at the time.One of their own patients was a witness.I have no recourse but to lose my Dr. I'm 65 years old & the Drs. policy is if a patient is dropped, no other Dr. in the huge practice will see you--blackballed. I know they didn't investigate b/c I had witnesses both issues. She/they never tried to contact me--just mailed a letter. Office Mngr believed.She offered to put me with a Nurse Practitioner. I have complex med. issues & need someone with more extensive knowledge & practice time. Office itself has issues otherwise.Can't recommend. They were 100%UNPROFESSIONAL, INHUMANE, UNETHICAL when most needed. My doctor knows me better than to have believed I would do anything out-of-line or disrespectful. All this & NO DOCTOR during a worldwide Pandemic. Unbelievable from beginning to end of this nightmare. After all these years they didn't give me the common curtsey to ask me what happened, as ‘their patient’. I never owed even $1 to the practice—ever. The 3 Dr.s that own the practice are also aware there is ‘a situation’, but know nothing of the truth. They won't take time to learn the truth or deal with their responsibIlity. They need to be reminded that their first obligation to their patients is to 'Do No Harm...' It never crossed my mind that they would need to be taught to 'CAUSE No Harm'. PATIENTS BEWARE.

I know all companies are there to make a profit, but this company goes overboard. The company is run by commissioned sales people who don't know, or care, about how employees are treated. Employees have to work extremely long hours to boost commissions and save on motel expenses. The office environment is negative and threatening. Pay and benefits are sub-par for medical personnel.

Nice n caring physician who helped me until my car broke down for 8 weeks and I was hurting in my neck and spine tremendously and was calling. N. He never got on the phone n on the day of my appointment by. Phone. The nurse said that I had to be there for a med count. I had no. Way. But I have a car now. But the nurse. Ashley sd. We are dismissing you bcuz you didn't show up after I told her that I could not walk. N. Had. No way there. Earlier that morning. Well. I thought my dr was going to get on the phone. my appt was at. 2.40 PM. Instead. Ashley a nurse sd. good luck with your car shopping and the bank. Good luck with your life. I was shocked when she said that. n. My older brother had just came by then. To hear what was said over the phone and he said that was crazy. Yes it was n. Mean. I'm disabled due to back problems and neck problems 5 bulging discs and deg disc disease and rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromyalgia. N. Sciatica nerve problems are around a disc. Got. No. Referral to a specialist or any other medical professional advice from them. Just. Good luck with your life and I said thank you. I have been told to call the AMA. N. Medical board on this type of treatment. But before that. He said he knew that I hurt. He. Had the. New. MRI. N. I only met him once and the other appt was by phone bcuz of covid. I have called back wanting to see my. Discharged paperwork and sd. The truth is I. Had. No. Car. Etc. But I never received any thing from them. He was caring. While he was operating n. Opening a. New office. Daniel McCollum even tod me over the phone how great they are. He owned the lab with this dr office and after they. Helped me 5 x. N. My. Car broke down and I had no way. N. Cut my med. In. Half. Too. It was like ok. We are establishing new patients and partners again and we have enough to say. Bye to you. Lady. That's exactly what it feels like. 2* bcuz at 1st he was caring and in a few weeks after that he was not able to get on the phone and talk to me about my condition and my health problems so. Stay away from Pain Treatment Centers of America and Dr. Sameer. He almost killed me with a narcotic patch called buprenorphine. Those things will overdose you if you get too warm. I read the package insert and understood what could cause that. But no one in that office mentioned that walking across my yard at 7:30 in the morning would overheat that patch. I no kidding almost died. And the nurse I talked to about it on the phone chewed me out and was rude and wanted it to be all my fault. Blood pressure 83/49 when I got help. I was with PTCoA for 4 years. In that time I had 3 different doctors--not because I chose a different doc (they don't alow you to do that).but because apparently Dr.s come and go at this place....kind of like the way clerks get rotated thru the convenience store. I went thru sudden narcotic withdrawal twice because one of them neglected to authorize my refills. Took 9 days for her to get around to it the first time. The clinic is more interested in selling you the latest product or procedure than doing what is best for you. Over my time w them there were so many mistakes and misdiagnoses. I had to ask myself "why am I putting up with this?" The answer is ...because they give me *** ....yep...that's why. So now I am being treated for opiate addiction and trying to find someone who can at least be responsible with medications. And they hurt me.....Dr Sameer doesn't believe in giving IV sedation for injections....said "it takes too long to take effect and the shots will be over before then." B.S.....Iv sedation is almost immediately effective...what take too long is placing the IV and such....it can save him 10 minutes per patient if he doesn't bother so then he can run an additional 10 patients per week thru the clinic....$$$$$$$. It's all about the $$$$$$. You don't matter. He hurt me. He misdiagnosed my issues. He almost killed me. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away...oh yeah...did I mention STAY AWAY

If I could give ten (10) stars to Doctor Barry Boden I would have gladly do so. I have Called several Orthopedic Doctors due to crucial pain on my neck back and right shoulder and arm to get an emergency appointment with no success I called Doctors Boben's office at 20500 Seneca Meadows Pkwy Germantown Maryland a soft spoken stuff member placed me in a brief hold and was able to get me in to see Doctor Boden. The pain was unbearable. I was taken to his office and was greeted by a wonderful nurse that took me to the ex-ray room , a warm and well mannered ex-ray technician took ex-rays and walked me to the examination room. In a few minutes Doctor Boden came in looked though my medical history in detail examined me and listen very patiently to my complains. The Doctor explained the reason of my pain and the symptoms answered every question I had. His unlimited medical experience and diagnosis stunned me. He gave me a couple of shots comfort me with his kind words and scheduled me for a follow up in a week, he asked me to call him if the pain continued , after making sure that all my questions were answered he escorted me out. His bedside manners and concern about my health condition had stunned me. I have seen a lot of Doctors in the past fifty years but I have never experienced this genuine concern and good care that I have received from this "Miracle" Doctor and his stuff. Now I am pain free and blessed with a great Doctor. I recommend Doctor Boden and his staff very highly to any one that is seeking for a great Orthopedic Doctor.
