:To Whom It May Concern: I was told by the advice from the VA- because of my substandard care that I received from Dr. Chasolen for the two years of a total nightmare, and being totally departed of my hard working sum of $38,000.00- and not having any of the work sent back to me- as I requested on several occasions- just to prove that it was in fact sent back to his discount dental lab in California for the total credit of any money that he paid to them- as he told me when he was sending it back - and telling the lab that it was a totally failing bridge unit- as he explained to me stating that we would receive any and all of the money that was paid to them. Dr. Chasolen then changed his story when he abandoned my treatment plan- that he again failed and could not put together the so called new plan with a new local lab to redo my work, he instead stated to me that the work was not sent back to the California lab- and as a result he was charged for the lab work of the failed unit, I then asked that he please send me all of the so called work that never was not sent back to the lab- and to please send it to me "to prove to myself that it was sent back to the lab and that he in fact did receive all of the money back" The dentist that finished my work even asked Dr. Chasolen for very important information pertaining to critical info. that was needed to complete my work with the new dentist but Dr. Chasolen never answered the request as it was obvious that a lot was being hidden from my substandard care that was provided with the treatment plan that I had for two years with Dr. Chasolen- and so very little was ever provided from Dr. Chasolen himself- other than the time and failed attempt that he made -trying to fix a chip that was done by his work on a $7,000.00 implant crown- even though i agreed to remove the chipped crown and let the lab have an easier time for the unit they were making, "low and behold Dr. Chasolen presented me with a $3500.00 bill to remove the crown that he had to remove because of the negligence in chipping it in the first place. To date my option that I am contemplating is to take out a reverse mortgage on my home to pursue a civil case- and try to get my $38,000.00 back and whatever merit of loss that a 80 year senior veteran would be entitled to for the two year night mare that I received while in treatment with Dr Chasolen. I started going to Dr zucconi four years ago. Because I wasn't sick for three years and I'm not letting the Inspira group she belongs to take care of my hypothyroidism she has refused to treat me as her patient. She has bounced me around to practitioners, residents, and even students. Her Associates are horrible. They don't listen to what you're telling them. I went there in early September because I am experiencing low-grade fevers since the end of August. Needless to say it is now the end of October and I am still suffering from the same low-grade fevers that's Spike up into the 100° point. They bad-mouth doctors who are not in the Inspira Health Network. The last doctor that I saw was David Alderholt. He did nothing but bad mouth my thyroid specialist. Tried to get me to take a prescription of higher Levothyroxine than what my endocrinologist has me on. I reported the behavior to the office and also to my endocrinologist who by the way comes highly recommended and has very high ratings on the internet. Apparently, they're mad at me because of the report so they told my insurance company that a fracture that I acquired during my vacation in August happened in my work instead of my home. I think they did that on purpose to have my insurance bounce out my claim. I had to go through the legal department of Blue Cross and Blue Shield to get the case closed. Thank God I was on a two-week vacation during the time that the incident happened. I would not recommend any doctor that belongs to the Inspira Health Network because apparently they bad-mouth any doctor or specialist that does not belong to their group.

Dr. Barbara Ziogas is an outstanding pediatrician. I changed doctors when my daughter was in middle school and it was the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Ziogas is kind, compassionate, and really listens to her patients, a rare quality these days. Both of my children love her!!! In addition, she is an excellent diagnostician. Her office staff is courteous and professional. The office is run in a highly effective manner, however, Dr. Ziogas always takes the necessary time to explain things in parent-friendly language and then sends home written instructions as well. Every time she has had to refer me to a specialist, they have been outstanding. At times they have said there was no room for an appointment and Dr. Ziogas called to get my child in immediately. She truly is a gift to the medical field and I am grateful to have her as my children's doctor.

This builder missed the original closing date, which he established with the mortgage company. Then he missed the next closing date, and the next, and the next, and so on. These are all dates he established. Moreover, he would attempt to discredit me with the mortgage company until he was caught doing so. In all, he missed over 6 deadlines and caused multiple extensions and cost increases. His poor planning and broken promises ruined our vacation plans and then our holiday plans. He is inconsiderate and a habitual fibber. Worst of all, his work is terrible. We and the bank's inspector now realize he has no idea what he is doing. He thinks building a home is spending a few minutes each week calling and texting contractors while he sits at Denny's. He never touched a tool or got his hands dirty building our home. The inspector kept flagging and flagging problems. We, the inspector and contractors complained repeatedly about his miscommunications, lack of home building knowledge and total absence on site. 214-837-7721

This builder has a practice of demanding a ransom payment (in the form of alleged change orders) at the end of a job and refusing to finish a job or not file a lien unless you pay the ransom. Milton has done this fraudulent lien and ransom multiple times. You can call the Better Business Bureau to get copies of the "closed" complaints. Or better yet, call the homeowners. Vu 214-455-2178. This scumbag totally misrepresented the home at 2417 Chadwick Ln, Garland, TX 75044. I know most realtors are worth a steamy dump, but this guy from Keller Williams in Allen, TX has got to be the most incompetent terd out there. Trust me, find a different realtor.
