Rescheduling and changing drs without telling me., Little rock, AR

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I have epilepsy and have had it since I was 10 months old and am now 30. I've had to see a neurologist every 4-6 months my whole life. Well my last neurologist retired gave me a 5 month notice so I had time to find a new one. I did and had he retired in March 2016 I found a dr ar uams neurology clinic for July 2016. That would of been fine I had just seen my dr. Then they called and rescheduled it for September 2016, then again for December 2016. Then in December right before my appointment they called and said my dr I was supposed to see left and I was now scheduled to see a new one for July 2017. I of course went off on her but she didnt care. Then in June she called and said that dr left and I now had a new one and my appointment was now in September. At this point I'm giving up hope. A week before my appointment they call, I'm thinking it's to remind me of my appointment. Nope. Rescheduled for March 2018 so now it's been 2 yrs without seeing a neurologist. I just hang up on her. She calls again and its rescheduled for September then again for January 2019 then again for February then again back to January. It was supposed to be January 3rd. I hadn't heard anything from them or gotten anything in the mail like new patient forms. So I called and they rescheduled it again for February and changed the dr again without telling me. So now it's going on 3 yrs no neurologist. I said I dont have any hope of actually seeing a dr until the end of 2019 maybe 2020. Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do? I would definitely not refer them to anyone. If I could of given a 0 or -10 I would of.

dayne nelson, 2352 meadows blvd., castle rock, CO, 80109

Rating: 1 out of 5.

when Doctor Nelson arrived, 10 minutes late, He shook my hand (about 5 inches from my body) and said," What are you here for." I had, of course, told the nurse and her notes were on the computer screen in front of the doctor. I started to say I was having urinary symptoms when he started to read my concerns. He said, "I see you have nocturia, and weak stream anything else?" I said, "yes I have the symptoms listed for BPH. What are those other symptoms?" He said, " No, that's not how this works. You tell me what your symptoms are." I I said," Ok, I'll look them up on my phone." He then stood up and said, "I'll be back when you know what you're talking about." He then left the room. He returned about 7 minutes later and said, "are you ready to talk now?" A bizarre thing to say since I was talking when he left the room. I showed him the list of symptoms listed for BPH and said, " Listen, you must understand I'm very embarrassed and frightened to be here. I didn't want to forget anything because of that." Dr. Nelson was looking at the ground and repeating yeah, huh hu, yeah. I said, "oh wow, you're not listening to me." He said, "I don't think this is going to work out." I got my coat and walked out of the office with Dr. Nelson yelling as I left the office.

John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, Washington

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Another Lenka Stankova hurting the war fighters. John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, was charged with making false statements, concealment of material facts and falsification of a record or document tied to a failure to report more than $15,000 in cash, casino chips and other gifts from contractors. The Justice Department announced the charges on Wednesday, accusing him of “accepting, and sometimes demanding, extravagant gifts from a group of contractors and subcontractors who worked on the project he was overseeing.” As the indictment notes, Windom was aware of the rules regarding reporting gifts and receipts, per training for officials. “An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law,” the Justice Department said in its release. In 2018, the 10-year contract was awarded to Cerner (now known as Oracle Health after Oracle acquired it). Windom was appointed as Executive Director of the Office of Electronic Record Modernization in 2017 and helped supervise the VA’s choice of Cerner for the contract. According to the grand jury indictment against him, Windom used his position to take money and gifts from a group of business executives from information technology and consulting companies who were contractors on the project. According to the indictment, Windom allegedly called them “the Power Group.” Windom used his role to “encourage, monitor, and facilitate contract and subcontracting opportunities for members of the Power Group, related and unrelated to the EHRM project.” Windom was allegedly given payment in everything from cash, to $8,200 in Louis Vuitton gift cards and $1,800 in casino chips. He was also given a High Efficiency Particulate Air, or HEPA, filter worth $631. The indictment also accuses Windom of using his position to “coerce” payments and gifts from others. Per the indictment, Windom “repeatedly reminded Power Group members to remain loyal and directed them to maintain confidentiality and their relationship with him.” In one message at the start of 2020, Windom messaged Power Group members, telling them that “loose lips sink ships.” Windom’s initial contract was extended, and in 2022 he was reassigned to serve as deputy director of the Federal electronic Health Modernization Office, a joint VA and Department of Defense project. Nine years after the modernization effort started, the Electronic Health Record program is used by only a handful of VA sites, with the program hit by glitches and usability issues. The VA paused the program in 2023, but is expected to roll out at several sites this year. Windom faces a maximum sentence of over 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts. Dimitriy Nikolavsky, 550 Harrison St, SYRACUSE, NY, 13202

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr Nikolavsky at Upstate Urology is an absolute miracle worker! He is truly my hero. After a botched procedure at another facility left me incontinent and in tremendous pain and with a severely damaged urethra for 7 months, Dr Nikolavsky and the team at Upstate took over and began to correct the problem. They first got the infection that was raging in me under control. Then Dr Nikolavsky performed a urethraplasty that removed the necrotic tissue and replaced it with healthy tissue. He then implanted an AUS to return my continence. It was a long road to recovery but I went from absolute misery to a happy, healthy life. Dr Dimitriy Nikolavsky is a rock star in my opinion!

The pandemic is on your management pride. Food was absolutely awful. Purchased a $28 bucket original, biscuits hard like rock, cole slaw & mashed potatoes liquidity, mac/cheese greasy and the overall flavor of the chicken cold & stale as if it were leftovers. Nobody expects to pay $29.32, drive home after a long day of work only to end up cooking a ham/cheese omelet for my family. What a waste of my earnings. Fix this unacceptable pandemic at your store.
