GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! THEY WILL MESS UP AND BLAME IT ON YOU AND HOLD IT ON YOU. I have nothing against the desk girl they are doing as they are told by the psychiatrist who does not even has a SPECK of professionalism. I went there at a very low time in my life in august of 2019 and all she did was ramble one and one and one as i am mentally unstable and unwell. She is VERY VERY VERY hard to understand. she asked you a bunch of questions doesn't even give time for you to speak. so all my yes and no's have no explanation of my experience or my current mindset. I got sent home with medication and every month i had to pay for a visit and pay $100. Which we are still going back and forth with the insurance company about because this lady told my mom SHE DOESN'T NOT WHAT THE INSURANCE TO PAY HER BECAUSE IT WILL TAKE TO LONG. SHE IS A FRAUD!!!!!!! ONLY WANTS THE MONEY!!! Since i needed care i paid it. February 2019 all of a sudden i was being charged $20 - and i was shocked and asked the front desk girl why? She said "YOU MET YOUR PATIENT DEDUCTIBLE". I said great awesome - went home with $80. MARCH 16TH I GO AGAIN - DIFFERENT GIRL AT THE DESK - NOW I OWE $180. I was flabbergasted as to WHY?!?!?! Why they said I didN'T meet my deductible. Maybe Dr. Wang was able to pay her rent in February but YOU DO NOT PLAY WITH PEOPLE MONEY LIKE THAT. I asked for my medical records to be released to be able to leave her care. Now it is June 1st and she refuses to release my Paperwork due to the amount i owe. DO NOT GO HERE. - Currently filing a law suit,

The experience I had with some restaurant employees was really terrible. Breakfast is supposed to start serving at 4 but I went to pick up an order at 3:30 and they refused to serve it.When I asked the boy why? If breakfast starts at 4, one girl aswer me very rude and disrespectful, YELLING that I had to move and cancel the order (I'm Uber) I told her to calm down, stop yelling me, those weren't manners to talk to a costumer, and I asked her for a complaint form. She told me go to window. After waiting for almost half an hour, another girl came out and gave me Uber cancellation number. I asked for the claim sheet and she told me they didn't have it, she turned her back on me and left. When I asked for the manager, a Latin Lady told me that it was her, I asked her for her employee id and she told that she didn't have one, the manager wasn't there. Another Latin boy replied "the manager had more important things to do than take care of you ". And finally a very young looking american white boy (or girl) came out without id, saying that it was named Mikey, who was the manager, and could not give me the name of the disrespectful employee, He / she TREATED ME TERRIBLE, and asked me to leave ... Si el desayuno comienza a las 4, una chica me responde muy grosera e irrespetuosa, GRITANDO que tenía que moverme y cancelar la orden (soy Uber) Le dije que se calmara, que dejara de gritarme, que esos no eran modales para hablarle a un cliente, y le pedí una hoja de reclamaciones. Ella me dijo que fuera a la ventana. Después de esperar casi media hora, salió otra chica y me dio el número de cancelación de Uber. Le pedí la hoja de reclamo y me dijo que no la tenían, me dio la espalda y se fue. Cuando pregunté por el gerente, una Señora de apariencia latina me dijo que era ella en tono de burla, le pregunté por su identificación de empleado y me dijo que no tenía, y que el gerente no estaba. Otro chico latino respondió que el gerente tenía cosas más importantes que hacer que atenderme a mí. Y finalmente un chico (o chica) blanc@ american@ de aspecto muy joven salió sin identificación, diciendo que se llamaba Mikey, que era el gerente, y que no podía darme el nombre del empleado irrespetuoso, e igualmente ME TRATÓ TERRIBLE y me pidió que me fuera ...

I sincerely thought I would be giving this company a rating if “5” after I worked for them since 2014 up until 2021. Sadly, after 7 devoted years of working my way up from being a walk in hired manager who co-managed with multiple other managers at different locations to being given my own wash that I ran for over 2 years without any major problems up until the pandemic started. For some reason we (a car wash) was labeled as “essential”. This did ensure my employment during a very hard time while others were finding themselves unemployed however, my household faced a problem which caused me GREAT emotional, physical and mental hardships - when Covid broke out, my (at the time) 9 year old stepsons doctor contacted my wife and informed her that she would need to lockdown our home to ensure that he didn’t come in contact with this virus due to the fact that he had a low immune disorder and when people did have to enter her home she needed to take all precautions possible. And there I was, having to accept the fact that my working to ensure my families home and financial well-being and being blessed to be able to continue to do so however I found in doing so and returning to our home each day put my stepsons LIFE at risk. I didn’t realize that this internal war I was having within my head was reflecting in my work. Rather than calling me in, sitting me down and talking to me, asking what’s going on, my higher-ups chose to use my few mistakes- and YES, there were literally 2-3 mistakes I made right before my boss who I answer to came to the wash I ran and literally took my shop from me, no questions asked about my mistakes. He stripped me of my head manager title and relocated me to a wash that was approx a 45 min to an hour drive away from my home and my family which was literally smack in the middle of a “high rating Covid zone”. I took this demotion as I was not going to flat out quit due to knowing that finding another job during this time would be near impossible. For about 3-4 months I went out there to work. Within the first week I realized they had canceled my company gas card which I seriously needed in order to continue to have reliable transportation to the newly demoted position. The “head manager” of the location treated me like I was new and this was literally after 7 years of devotion to this company. One day I was late, I called on my way in while stuck in traffic on interstate letting them know I would be there as soon as possible but I was at a stand still sue to a wreck ahead of me. That day nothing was said to me about anything however the next morning when I arrived at work on time, I was called into the head managers office and I was FIRED on the spot! I LITERALLY WAS NEVER THANKED FOR ALL THE TIMES I WAS THE REASON WHY THIS MAN RONNIES BUSINESS LOCATIONS WEREN’T CLOSED DUE TO BROKEN PARTS OF THE WASH - I was way more than just a manager - I WAS THE CAR WASH MECHANIC & THE AUYOMOTIVE MECHANIC bc when the wash damaged a customers vehicle, I was the person who fixed it- not a shop ( unless it was needing to be painted). Needless to say, THE PELICAN POINTE CAR WASH located in SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA AREA TREATED ME LIKE TRASH AFTER I FULLY DEVOTED MY LIVE BESIDES MY HOME LIFE TO WORKING FOR THEM - I even had planned to retire from that company bc I did enjoy my time employed there ... even without praise, thanks or acknowledgement... even after doing good things which benefited the company they chose to degrade anything they chose to rather than admit that on MANY different occasions, I was the ONLY one who was worth a damn. I have RECEIPTS for everything I’ve stated- EMPLOYEE WITNESSES as well as PERSONAL WITNESSES of the way I was treated... As the owner celebrates 10 years of 2 *** shows working got him, he could care less about everything I did - I admitted then AND am saying it now - I WAS MARRIED TO MY JOB... got treated like absolute *** and I honestly REGRET every penny I saved that USING SORRY EXCUSE FOR AN “EMPLOYER”! And YES, I AM in contact with lawyers to discuss possible legal ill-will they caused me due to their treatment of me and their refusal to concern themselves with my well-being during a literal pandemic... DISGUSTING AND UNFORGIVABLE!

MJP Family dental has been trying to collect money from us for a cleaning they never did. We don't even know this dentist. His name is Dr Katz. They have been harassing us for payment for a service they didn't do. A previous dentist that used to own the business did the cleaning. MJP Family dental coded the claim incorrectly and our insurance rejected the claim. MJP Family Dental would not resubmit the claim to our insurance company. They sent us to Collections because we wouldn't pay the bill. We are not paying it because it was covered 100% under our insurance. They refuse to resubmit the claim with the corrected TAX ID number. Yes we have been in contact with them but they just want money from us not the insurance company. And then they continue to call us to pay this bill after they turned it over to Collections. Carmen Epstein called after this account was turned over to the Collection Agency. That is not even allowed!! Pretty sad that they feel the need to do that to older people. We ALWAYS paid our bills. Never been turned over to Collections. This was in August of 2018. It's now 2 And a half years later and they need to get it together! Something not right is going on!

Nice n caring physician who helped me until my car broke down for 8 weeks and I was hurting in my neck and spine tremendously and was calling. N. He never got on the phone n on the day of my appointment by. Phone. The nurse said that I had to be there for a med count. I had no. Way. But I have a car now. But the nurse. Ashley sd. We are dismissing you bcuz you didn't show up after I told her that I could not walk. N. Had. No way there. Earlier that morning. Well. I thought my dr was going to get on the phone. my appt was at. 2.40 PM. Instead. Ashley a nurse sd. good luck with your car shopping and the bank. Good luck with your life. I was shocked when she said that. n. My older brother had just came by then. To hear what was said over the phone and he said that was crazy. Yes it was n. Mean. I'm disabled due to back problems and neck problems 5 bulging discs and deg disc disease and rheumatoid arthritis and Fibromyalgia. N. Sciatica nerve problems are around a disc. Got. No. Referral to a specialist or any other medical professional advice from them. Just. Good luck with your life and I said thank you. I have been told to call the AMA. N. Medical board on this type of treatment. But before that. He said he knew that I hurt. He. Had the. New. MRI. N. I only met him once and the other appt was by phone bcuz of covid. I have called back wanting to see my. Discharged paperwork and sd. The truth is I. Had. No. Car. Etc. But I never received any thing from them. He was caring. While he was operating n. Opening a. New office. Daniel McCollum even tod me over the phone how great they are. He owned the lab with this dr office and after they. Helped me 5 x. N. My. Car broke down and I had no way. N. Cut my med. In. Half. Too. It was like ok. We are establishing new patients and partners again and we have enough to say. Bye to you. Lady. That's exactly what it feels like. 2* bcuz at 1st he was caring and in a few weeks after that he was not able to get on the phone and talk to me about my condition and my health problems so.
